PRAKATA
Pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia sangatlah penting untuk diperhatikan dalam sebuah
manajemen organisasi baik itu institusi ataupun perusahaan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM ini memiliki
tujuan yang direalisasikan dalam rangkaian kegiatan yang terencana dan terstruktur. Pelatihan dan
pengembangan SDM ini berguna untuk meningkatkan keahlian karyawan yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan
agar performa karyawan meningkat dan hasil pekerjaan mereka semakin berkualitas disamping itu karyawan
berkompeten dalam menghadapi situasi khusus sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang baik bagi kemajuan
institusi atau perusahaan tersebut.

Dilain hal perekrutan tenaga kerja tidak kalah penting dalam menunjang kinerja perusahaan yang
berkembang dan skala perusahaan menjadi lebih besar. Perekrutan tenaga kerja pun merupakan sebuah
kegiatan rangkaian kegiatan yang terencana dan terstruktur. Sehingga perkembangan institusi atau
perusahaan tidak berjalan timpang akibat dari tidak tersedianya tenaga kerja yang berkompeten dalam
sebuah unit kerja pada institusi atau perusahaan tersebut.

Kami melihat bahwa kebutuhan sumber daya manusia sebagai tenaga kerja serta pelatihan dan
pengembangan sumber daya manusia dari perusahaan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat disinergikan dimana

GAMBARAN UMUM PERUSAHAAN
PROFIL PT REKAYASA CAKRAWALA RESOURCES
PT Rekayasa Cakrawala Resources (PT RECARE) didirikan pada
tanggal 27 Juli 2006 di Jakarta sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT
Rekayasa Engineering, sebuah perusahaan engineering terbaik di
Indonesia dan sebagai anak perusahaan PT Rekayasa Industri
anggota Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company.

PT RECARE dikhususkan bergerak pada bidang pelayanan


pendidikan, training, workshop, seminar, sertikasi dan penyedia
tenaga kerja ahli.

PT RECARE telah mempersiapkan pelatihan , training, workshop,


seminar dan pengembangan profesional yang didukung oleh
instruktur profesional yang memiliki jaringan industri global dan
menyediakan sertikat akreditasi nasional dan internasional.

Penyediaan tenaga kerja ahli adalah layanan utama dalam HRD Services, dengan layanan
lainnya adalah Job Requirement Analysis, MP Selection & Recruitment, HR Performance
Analysis, Job Recommendation, Human Capital Information System Posisi tenaga kerja yang
sudah ditangani untuk bagian sebagai berikut :

Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan project rancang bangun di Indonesia, secara umum ada

Aoutodesk Revit
We provide Revit training course with some skill level. Engineering student,
vocational student and employee who work in civil or architect eld are welcome
to joint this training course. The trainee will learn 3D design of building architect,
the structure and support system of the building like electrical, hvac and plumbing
system.

Autodesk Inventor
Course of 3D modelling using Autodesk Inventor soft-ware with manufacturing
and industrial inclined. The trainee will learn simple single 3D part to complex as-
