LSP TPCC adalah lembaga sertifikasi profesi di bidang Teknisi Instalasi Fiber Optik (TIFO) yang memiliki lisensi dari Standar Sistem Mutu Jaringan Akses Telekomunikasi (TPCC CIQS 2000:2009) merupakan suatu pedoman sistem
Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Teknisi instalasi fiber optik merupakan bidang profesi yang sedang mutu yang diperuntukan bagi organisasi pengelola Cable Implementation Quality System (ClQS) dalam membangun,
berkembang dan harus dikembangkan lebih lanjut karena hampir seluruh komunikasi internet baik dalam lingkup mengoperasikan, dan memelihara jaringan akses PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Dengan menggunakan standar
