Endurance atau daya tahan adalah kemampuan seseorang melaksanakan gerak dengan seluruh
tubuhnya dalam waktu yang cukup lama dan dengan tempo sedang sampai cepat tanpa mengalami rasa sakit
dan kelelahan berat. Kemampuan otot untuk melakukan kerja terus-menerus adalah sangat penting dalam
aktivitas olahraga karena secara tidak langsung merupakan daya untuk dapat mengatasi kelelahan otot.
