ABSTRAK

Baku emas diagnosis Covid-19 menurut World Health Organization (WHO) adalah rRT-
PCR. Adapun pemeriksaan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendeteksi Covid-19 selain PCR, yaitu
pemeriksaan serologi dan hematologi. Prameter yang sering dilakukan pada pemeriksaan
hematologi adalah darah lengkap yang meliputi Neutrofil Limfosit Rastio (NLR). NLR dapat
dijadikan sebagai indikator dari adanya respon inflamasi sistematis yang secara luas digunakan
sebagai penentu prognosis dari pasien dengan pneumonia oleh karena virus. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran nilai Neutrofil Limfosit Rasio (NLR) pada pasien Covid-
19 di RS Haji Jakarta.
Metode penelitian secara cross sectional. Sebanyak 190 pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19
yang diambil menggunakan data. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan laki-laki sebanyak 105 pasien
(55,2%) dan perempuan sebanyak 85 pasien (44,8%). Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan NLR
didapatkan hasil normal sebanyak 82 pasien (43,15%) sedangkan hasil abnormal sebanyak 108
pasien (56,85%).
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada pasien Covid-19 sebagian besar
meningkat, sebaiknya selalu untuk memonitoring adanya respon inflamasi sistemis yang terjadi
pada pasien Covid-19 dengan melakukan pemeriksaan darah lengkap yang salah satunya
adalah NLR.

 ABSTRACT

The gold standard for the diagnosis of Covid-19 according to the World Health
Organization (WHO) is rRT-PCR. The tests that can be carried out to detect Covid-19 other
than PCR are serological and hematological examinations. The most frequently used
parameter for hematological examination is complete blood count which includes the
Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR). NLR can be used as an indicator of the presence of a
systematic inflammatory response which is widely used as a determinant of the prognosis of
patients with viral pneumonia. This study aims to describe the value of the Neutrophil
Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) in Covid-19 patients at the Jakarta Haji Hospital.
The research method is cross sectional. A total of 190 confirmed Covid-19 patients were
taken using data. The results of this study obtained 105 male patients (55.2%) and female as
many as 85 patients (44.8%). Based on the results of the NLR examination, normal results were
obtained as many as 82 patients (43.15%) while abnormal results were 108 patients (56.85%).
From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the majority of Covid-19 patients
have increased, it is better to always monitor the systemic inflammatory response that occurs
in Covid-19 patients by carrying out complete blood tests, one of which is NLR.
