 PERATURAN KONTRAKTOR / PIHAK DEKORASI

1. Apabila terjadi kerusakan pada saat melakukan kegiatan loading dan unloading terhadap area di
dalam maupun parkir area Hotel. Maka pihak kontraktor ( pegawai, anggota, karyawan) maupun
vendor akan bertanggung jawab dengan segala kerusakan yang dihasilkan baik sengaja maupun
tidak sengaja ( kelalaian).
2. Hotel prohibits unauthorized personnel in the hotel premises without proper identification tags
issued by the hotel’s security. Contractor’s supervisor has to report to hotel security to present
identity card in exchange for security pass.
Hotel tidak mengizinkan keberadaan staf decorator untuk masuk ke area hotel apabila tidak
memiliki kartu identitas yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak keamanan hotel (security). Pimpinan team
decorator harus melapor kepada pihak keamanan hotel dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas yang
berlaku yang akan ditukar dengan security pass untuk memasuki area hotel.
3. All contracted personnel are strictly prohibited from smoking or consuming any food and
beverages inside the hotel especially at guest public area.
Team decorator tidak diperkenankan untuk merokok atau mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman di
dalam area hotel terutama di area publik.
4. All contracted personnel are prohibited to sleep in the hotel premises.
Semua team decorator tidak diperkenankan untuk tidur di dalam area hotel.
5. All contracted personnel are required to be properly attired in proper working clothes
(preferably uniform) and wear clean shoes.
Setiapp team decorator diharuskan untuk mengenakan seragam sesuai dengan ketentuan dan
menggunakan sepatu bersih.
6. All contracted personnel are to be supervised by their respective foreman during the installation
and dismantling of construction (stage, backdrop, decoration, displays etc).
Setiap anggota team decorator harus diawasi oleh pengawas masing-masing selama pemasangan
dekorasi dan pembongkaran konstruksi (panggung, backdrop, dekorasi, display dll).
7. All workers are strictly prohibited from using the guest’s restrooms / toilets.
Semua pekerja dilarang untuk menggunakan toilet tamu.

8. All workers have to clear and move all garbage and debris from construction / preparation area
1 hour prior to the stated time of the event.
Semua pekerja wajib membersihkan dan memindahkan puing-puing sisa konstruksi/dekorasi dari
tempat acara paling lambat satu jam sebelum acara berlangsung.
9. The hotel shall permit 2 technicians to stand by during the proceeding of the event. All
construction crew has to leave the premises and wait outside the hotel until the event is
completed. All stand by technicians are to wait at the back of the function room / service area
should they be required in case of emergency during the event.
Pihak hotel akan mengizinkan 2 orang anggota tim dekorasi untuk stand by selama acara
berlangsung. Seluruh anggota team dekorasi lainnya harus meninggalkan tempat acara dan
menunggu di luar area sampai acara selesai. Seluruh teknisi yang stand by di belakang function room
/ tempat acara apabila diperlukan untuk keadaan darurat.
10. All Construction material must be removed from the hotel premises upon completion of the
event.
Seluruh sisa material konstruksi dekorasi harus dipindahkan dari area hotel setelah acara selesai.
11. The contractor shall give a cash deposit of Rp 10,000,000 (ten million rupiahs) and Rp 500,000
(five hundred thousand rupiahs) as cleaning fee or other required amount decided by hotel
based on size and type of decoration. The amount received will be refunded should there be no
damage of hotel property.
Pihak dekorasi harus memberikan deposit tunai sebesar Rp. 10.000.000,- (Sepuluh Juta Rupiah) dan
Rp. 500.000,- (Lima Ratus Ribu Rupiah) sebagai biaya kebersihan atau sesuai dengan ketentuan
hotel berdasarkan ukuran dan jenis dekorasi yang dibuat. Jumlah yang diterima akan dikembalikan
kepada pihak dekorasi apabila tidak terjadi kerusakan pada property hotel.
12. Contractor obligate to provide the worker name list involve in production and hand it out to the
Hotel at least a day prior to the event.
Pihak dekorasi wajib memberikan daftar nama pekerja yang terlibat selama proses dekorasi dan
menyerahkannya kepda pihak hotel paling lambat satu hari sebelum acara berlangsung.
13. All workers has to be able to provide a valid ID with pictures.
Seluruh pekerja wajib menunjukkan IDCard lengkap dengan foto.

14. For safety reason, no candles are allowed to be put directly on the floor/carpet, closed to
Styrofoam, clothes, paper or any other easy flammable material.

Demi alasan keamanan, pihak hotel tidak mengizinkan penggunaan lilin yang diletakkan langsung di
lantai/karpet, dekat dengan Styrofoam, kain, kertas atau material lain yang mudah terbakar.
15. Usage of decorative candles will need hotel management approval.
Penggunaan lilin hias untuk dekorasi harus atas persetujuan pihak hotel.
16. Contractors are not allowed to wear shorts and sandals / flip flop.
Team dekorasi tidak diperkenankan memakai celana pendek dan sandal apabila memasuki area
hotel.
17. No gas balloon nor helium allow to be used as decoration in the function room
Tidak diperkenankan penggunaan balon gas helium untuk dekorasi di area function room.
18. No water features are allowed inside the function room.
Tidak diperkenankan menggunakan dekorasi yang mengandung air di dalam function room.
19. No food and beverages from outside allowed to be bringing into Hotel premises.
Tidak diperkenankan membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar ke dalam hotel.
20. All live plants brought inside the Ballroom / function rooms have to be in the pot. No plants with
soil in plastic bag or gunny sack are allowed being in the ballroom.
Semua tanaman hidup yang dibawa ke dalam ballroom/function room harus berada di dalam pot.
Tidak diperkenankan membawa tanaman yang berada di dalam kantung plastic atau karung ke
dalam ballroom.
21. All plants have to be cleaned and spray before entering Hotel premises.
Semua tanaman harus dibersihkan dan disiram sebelum memasuki area hot

CONSTRUCTION RULES AND PROCEDURES

ATURAN DAN PROSEDUR PENGERJAAN

1. The hotel strictly prohibits wooden construction in function room and pre-function area,
specifically; there shall be no sawing and hammering and painting in the function room and pre-
function area.

 Pihak hotel tidak memperkenankan penggunaan konstruksi kayu di dalam function room dan di
pre-function area, terutama untuk kegiatan pemotongan, palu dan pengecetan di dalama
function room dan area pre-function.

2. All carpeted area has to be protected with 5 mm plywood, plastic / rubber mats before
authorized construction and positioning of structures take place.

Seluruh area yang berkarpet harus dilindungin dengan 5 mm plywood, plastic/karet sebelum
penempatan konstruksi dekorasi.

3. All decoration structures / ornaments shall be put on minimum of 0.5 cm plywood and 10 cm
bigger than the structures base.
Size of plywood base for scaffolding/ stage shall be 20 x 20 cm

Seluruh dekorasi/ornament harus ditempatkan minimum 0,5 cm plywood dan 10 cm lebih besar
dari dasar struktur dekorasi.
Ukuran kayu pelapis untuk dasar dekorasi harus 20 x 20 cm.

4. Rp 2.000.000 will be charged to contractor who:

- Doesn’t cover the area with plywood / plastic/ rubber mat before construction takes place.
- Put steel, concrete, ceramic pot, trees and other heavy structures directly on the carpet and
not using the plywood base.
- Properly cover the area but still doesn’t put the above mentioned decoration / construction
unit on the covered area.

Rp 2.000.000 akan dikenakan kepada pihak dekorasi apabila.

- Tidak menutup area dengan kayu plywood / plastic / karet sebelum penempatan konstruksi
dekorasi.
- Meletakkan besi, beton, pot keramik, pohon dan konstruksi berat lainnya langsung di atas
karpet tanpa menggunakan pelindung karpet / plywood.
- Menutup area namun tidak memakai material yang telah disebutkan di atas.

5. No electrical construction tools (e.g electrical saws, drills etc) are permitted in the preparation
area
Tidak diperkenankan menggunaan alat konstruksi listrik (seperti gergaji listrik, bor dll) di
function area.

6. Contracted personnel are advised to maintain cleanliness at work areas at all times. It is the
duty of each organizer to ensure that their contracted personnel clean up all debris

bagi setiap organizer untuk membersikan semua material dekorasi.

7. Contractors are expected to exercise caution while transporting materials for construction.
Particular attention must be paid to walls, doors, lighting and other hotel fixtures

Pihak dekorasi diharapkan untuk berhati-hati pad saat mengangkut material dekorasi.
Khususnya memberikan perhatian mengenai biaya yang harus dikeluarkan terkait dengan
kerusakan dinding, pintu, lampu maupun perlengkapan hotel lainnya.

8. All structures must be positioned at least 50 cm from all walls.

Struktur dekorai harus berada minimal harus berjarak 50 cm dari dinding.

9. No nailing, hanging nor attaching any props at the wall and ceiling of the function room
Dilarang untuk memaku, menggantung atau menaruh alat peraga di dinding dan di plafon
ruangan.

HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:

HOTEL BERHAK UNTUK

1. Prohibit further construction should appointed contractor violate any one of the above rules and
regulations
Melarang pengerjaan dekorasi apabila tim decorator melanggar salah satu dari peraturan yang
tercantum di atas.
2. Remove workmen who violate rules and regulations outlined above if warnings are ignored
Mengganti pekerja yang melakukan pelanggaran terhadap peraturan yang di atas apabila
peringatan tersebut diabaikan.
3. Prohibit nature of work not informed to and approved by the hotel’s authorized Sales /
Operations personnel.
Dilarang melakukan pekerjaan tanpa informasi atau persetujuan dari sales atau staf operasional
yang berwenang.
4. Claim the contractor to reimburse the hotel for any damage incurred by themselves or their
guests and / or the consequent loss of business resulting from the damage.

 Pihak dekorasi akan membayar ganti rugi atas kerusakan yang ditimbulkan oleh diri sendiri atau
tamu dan / atau kerugian lain yang muncul karena kerusakan yang ditimbulkan.
5. The Contractor shall release and discharge the XXX owner of XXXXX, its owners, management,
employees and all parties acting for and on behalf of the XXXXX (hereinafter collectively referred
to as the “Hotel” of and from all actions, causes of actions legal proceedings, judgments,
demands, claims, damages, losses, liabilities and all of the like whatsoever and howsoever
arising directly, indirectly and/or consequentially out of the Contractor acts of omissions.

Pihak dekorasi akan melepaskan dan membebaskan pemilik hotel dan afiliasinya atas tanggung
jawab dan segala tuntutan dan biaya – biaya yang timbul apabila terjadi kelalaian dari pihak
dekorasi yang menyebabkan timbulnya kerusakan, kerugian, kewajiban, tuntutan, klaim, proses
hukum dan hal lain yang terjadi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
