 MCU dilakukan berdasarkan matrix yang
disetujui oleh Repsol dan SKK Migas
(terlampir)
 Bagi Visitor yang berkunjung kurang dari 24
jam (tidak bermalam di Site), maka tidak
diperlukan MCU Review, Bagi visitor yang
berkunjung lebih dari 24 jam dan harus
bermalam di site, maka diperlukan MCU
Review sesuai dengan jenis pekerjaannya.
PENERIMAAN HASIL MCU
1. Hasil scan MCU karyawan dikirimkan oleh PIC
Service Company kepada Dokter Perusahaan
yang ditunjuk oleh Repsol melalui email

2. Pengiriman hasil scan MCU karyawan disertai
dengan informasi mengenai;
a. Nama Karyawan,
b. Posisi Kerja,
c. Nama Perusahaan
d. Rencana Keberangkatan ke Site
3. MCU Karyawan bersifat rahasia sehingga
harap dibatasi personel yang ada di dalam
loop email
PENENTUAN STATUS FITNESS
1. Dokter perusahaan menegakkan status
fitness berdasarkan OGUK sebagai acuan
untuk menentukan Fit, Fit dengan catatan
medis, Temporary Unfit dan Unfit.
2. Seluruh hasil MCU yang telah diterima akan
diringkas oleh dalam MCU Database
MCU MATRIX
 MCU Parameter Matrix is referring to the
approved Repsol and SKK Migas Matrix (as
attached)
 For visitor that visiting less than 24 hours
(not spending the night at site), Review MCU
is not needed. However, every visitor
spending the night at site should have their
MCU reviewed prior to site.
MCU RESULT
1. Scanned files of employee’s MCU are sent by
Service Company PIC to company doctor
appointed by Repsol to below email address

2. Scanned MCU files are sent along with
below detailed information from employee;
a. Name
b. Job Position
c. Company
d. Schedule to be dispatch to site
3. Employee’s MCU Result is highly
confidential, please limit the number of
personnel in the email loop
DETERMINATION OF FITNESS STATUS
1. The company doctor determines fitness
status based on OGUK as a reference to
determine Fit, Fit with medical notes,
Temporary Unfit and Unfit.
2. All MCU results that have been received will
be summarized in the MCU Database
3. Hasil MCU yang tidak lengkap atau
memerlukan pemeriksaan tambahan, akan
diberikan status pending, penetapan status
fitness akan dilakukan setelah karyawan
melalui PIC nya masing-masing melengkapi
kekurangan atau melakukan pemeriksaan
tambahan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Dokter
Perusahaan
4. Untuk beberapa kasus khusus, Dokter
Perusahaan akan mengirimkan surat rujukan
dan surat rujukan balik untuk diisi oleh
Dokter Spesialis Tujuan.
5. Proses review MCU membutuhkan waktu 3
hari kerja setelah hasil MCU yang lengkap
diterima oleh Dokter Perusahaan, dan hanya
dapat dilakukan pada hari kerja (senin-Jumat)
dan jam kerja (08.00-17.00 WIB).
6. Apabila ada pihak yang memerlukan review
segera diluar jam tersebut diatas, maka
meminta approval ke Repsol HSE Analyst

7. Untuk menjaga kualitas hasil MCU, maksimal
jumlah MCU yang dapat di review per hari
adalah 10 file MCU
8. Dokter Perusahaan akan mengirimkan
update database pada setiap pukul 17.00 di
hari kerja.
9. Setiap email pengiriman hasil review MCU
ataupun permintaan pemeriksaan tambahan,
harus berdasarkan rekomendasi Dokter
Perusahaan.
3. MCU results that are incomplete or require
additional examination, will be given a
pending status, determination of fitness
status will be carried out after the employee
through his respective PIC completes the
examination as per matrix or performs
additional tests specified by the Company
Doctor
4. For some special cases, the Company Doctor
will send a referral letter and a referral feed
back letter to be filled in by the Specialist.
5. The MCU review process takes 3 working
days after the complete MCU results are
received by the Company Doctor, and can
only be done on working days (Monday-
Friday) and working hours (08.00-17.00 WIB).
6. If there are parties who need an urgent
review outside the hours mentioned above,
then request approval from

7. To maintain the quality of the MCU results,
the maximum number of MCUs that can be
reviewed per day is 10 MCU files
8. The Company Doctor will send a database
update at 17:00 every weekday.
9. Every email regarding MCU review results or
requests for additional examinations, must
be based on the recommendation of the
Company Doctor.
