1. Lakukan analisis korelasi dan regresi linier terhadap latensi tulang belakang puncak
(the peak spinal latency/Cv) SEP untuk digit I berdasarkan: usia (tahun) dan panjang
lengan (cm).

Dari tabel diatas jumlah diketahui jumlah responden masing masing adalah 114 dan
tidak ada data missing. Range untuk spinal latency adalah 13,00-21,00 dengan median 17,0000,
mean nya 16,97371 dan standar deviasinya 1,62323. Untuk distribusi nya kita dapat melihat
dari kurva nya yang “bell shaped” sehingga dapat disimpulkan distribusinya adalah
berdistribusi normal. Range untuk arm length adalah 75,50-104,50 cm dengan median 89,2500,
mean nya 89,4825 dan standar deviasi nya 7,39138. Untuk distribusi nya kita dapat melihat
dari kurva nya yang “bell shaped” sehingga dapat disimpulkan distribusinya adalah
berdistribusi normal. Range untuk age adalah 20,08-78,00 tahun dengan median 36,0700, mean
nya 37,5155 dan standar deviasi nya 10,95110. Untuk distribusi nya kita dapat melihat dari
kurva nya yang agak menceng ke kiri sehingga dapat disimpulkan distribusinya adalah
distribusi tidak normal

Sebaran usia dan spinal latency menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan linieritas meskipun
sangat rendah karena sebaran jauh dari garis diagonal 450 linieritas sempurna.

Pada tabel di atas diketahui nilai (r=0,196) yang artinya menunjukkan hubungan linier
yang sangat lemah dan berpola positif yang artinya semakin bertambahnya usia maka akan
semakin besar kemungkinan terkena spinal latency. Begitu pula dengan nilai koefisien
determinasi yang sangat rendah (r2=0,039) atau variasi usia responden hanya dapat
menjelaskan spinal latency sebesar 3,9% sehingga variasi usia kurang dapat menjelaskan
variasi spinal latency, meskipun hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa nilai p=0,036 maka p<0,05
sehingga H0 ditolak yang artinya ada hubungan linier yang bermakna antara usia dengan spinal
latency

Sebaran arm length responden dan spinal latency menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan
linieritas karena sebaran hampir mendekati garis diagonal 450 linieritas sempurna.

Pada tabel di atas diketahui nilai (r=0,886) yang artinya menunjukkan hubungan linier
yang kuat dan berpola negatif yang artinya semakin panjang arm length maka akan semakin
kecil kemungkinan terkena spinal latency. Begitu pula dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang
cukup tinggi (r2=0,784) atau variasi arm length responden dapat menjelaskan variasi terkena
spinal latency sebesar 78,4% sehingga variasi arm length dapat menjelaskan variasi spinal
latency dan nilai p=0,0001 yang artinya p<0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak yang artinya ada hubungan
linier yang bermakna antara arm length dengan spinal latency
