DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM GMIM BETHESDA TOMOHON

PELAKSANA TUGAS DIREKTUR RSU GMIM BETHESDA TOMOHON

Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan RSU GMIM Bethesda
Tomohon bersama, maka diperlukan penetapan nilai normal, yang
digunakan sebagai acuan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium;
b. bahwa agar pelayanan laboratorium di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon
dapat terlaksana dengan baik, perlu adanya Keputusan Direktur RSU
GMIM Bethesda Tomohon sebagai landasan bagi penyelenggaran
pelayanan laboratorium di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon;
c. bahwa berdasarkan pernyataan pada huruf a & b, maka dipandang perlu
ditetapkan tentang Rentang Nilai Normal Hasil Laboratorium di RSU
GMIM Bethesda Tomohon dengan Surat Keputusan Plt. Direktur.
Mengingat : 1. Undang – Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang
Kesehatan;
2. Undang – Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 tentang
Rumah Sakit;
3. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129 Tahun
2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit;
4. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 411 Tahun 2010
tentang Laboratorium Klinik;
5. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129 tahun 2008
tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit;
6. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 56 tahun 2014
tentang Klasifikasi dan Perijinan Rumah Sakit;
7. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 tahun 2015
tentang Penyelenggaraan Pemeriksaan Laboratorium Untuk Ibu Hamil,
 Bersalin, Dan Nifas di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Dan Jaringan
Pelayanannya;

SK/02/VI/2021 tentang Jenis Pelayanan RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon;

MEMUTUSKAN
Menetapkan : RENTANG NILAI NORMAL HASIL LABORATORIUM DI RUMAH SAKIT
UMUM GMIM BETHESDA TOMOHON
Pertama : Rentang Nilai Normal Hasil Laboratorium di RSU GMIM Bethesda
Tomohon sebagaimana terlampir digunakan sebagai acuan dalam
penyelenggaraan pelayanan Laboratorium di RSU GMIM Bethesda
Tomohon.
Kedua : Dengan dikeluarkannya keputusan ini, maka keputusan Direktur
sebelumnya dinyatakan tidak berlaku lagi.
Ketiga : Keputusan ini berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan dan akan dilakukan
evaluasi setiap tahunnya serta dilakukan revisi setiap 3 tahun.
Keempat : Apabila dikemudian hari ternyata terdapat kekeliruan dalam keputusan ini,
akan dilakukan perbaikan sebagaimana mestinya.

I. PENDAHULUAN
Pelayanan Laboratorium merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit,
yang saling menunjang dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan pelayanan yang lainnya. Dalam
pemeriksaan Laboratorium RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon ditetapkan nilai normal setiap
pemeriksaan yang ditunjukkan pada kolom “Nilai Rujukan” atau “Nilai Normal” pada laporan
hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Nilai ini tergantung pada alat yang dipakai dan cara
pemakaiannya.
Rentang nilai normal laboratorium yang digunakan di Instalasi Laboratorium RSU
GMIM Bethesda Tomohon mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia
Nomor 1792/MENKES/SK/XII/2010 Tentang Pedoman Pemeriksaan Kimia Klinik. Untuk itu
apabila terjadi perubahan penggunaan alat dengan metode pemeriksaan yang berbeda nilai
normal pemeriksaan tersebut akan berubah. Perubahan nilai normal pemeriksaan
laboratorium ini harus di laporkan dan dievaluasi berkala seperlunya. Karena hal ini sangat
penting sebagai dari keselamatan pasien dan membantu Klinisi dalam menegakan diagnosa
pasien.

II. TUJUAN
A. Tujuan Umum.
Memberi pelayanan dalam upaya keselamatan Pasien
B. Tujuan Khusus
1. Membantu klinisi dalam menegakan Diagnosa pasien.
2. Menghindari kesalahan dalam menginterpretasikan hasil pemeriksaan
laboratorium.
3. Alat pemeriksaan dan nilai normal alat sesuai

III. MANFAAT
A. Pelayanan Laboratorium dapat berjalan dengan baik
B. Dokter /klinisi menginterpretasikan hasil diagnostik pemeriksaan dengan benar.
C. Petugas Laboratorium menginterpretasikan hasil pemeriksaan dengan benar.
D. Menghindari kesalahan dalam interpretasi hasil pemeriksaan.
IV. HASIL EVALUSI
Dari hasil evaluasi rentang nilai normal/nilai rujukan laboratorium tidak ada perubahan
rentang nilai normal sampai saat.
