Standar cek in procedur

1. Greetings.
- Om Suastiastu, welcome to Nick’s Hidden Cottages.
- How are you today ? (Apa kabar hari ini)
- My name is Kadek, may know your name Sir/Madam.

Cek di guest in house bila reservation guest sudah ada, berikan tamunya fresh towel dan
welcome dring
- Excuse me sir, this is the fresh towel.
- Than, this is our welcome drink, please enjoy!

2. Registration
- Mintalah passport ketamunya, dan kemudian fotocopy!
Excuse me Sir/Madam, can I borrow your passport for copy!
(permisi pak/ibu, bisakah saya meminjam pasportnya untuk di copy!)
- Berikan tamunya registrasi form untuk menisinya!
Could you fill in the registration form ,please! Just write your home address, and signature!
(tolong diisi formulir registrasinya! Hanya isi alamat rumah dan tanda tangan nya saja!)

3. Information to Guest.

- First of all, thank you so much for choose Nick’s Hidden Cottages as your second home
during your holiday in Ubud.( Pertama-tama. Terima kasih banyak karena sudah
memilih Nick’s Hidden Cottages sebagai rumah kedua selama anda liburan di Ubud)
- I would like to reconfirm your reservation, we reserves your reservation via/trough/from
Booking.com/Agoda/Expedia (tergantung agent) for 3 night with Special request one
duluxe double with nice view(for example).
(Saya mau mengkonfirmasi ulang untuk pesanan anda, kami menerima bookingan anda
melalui/dari Booking.com/Agoda/Expedia untuk 3 malam dengan permintaan special 1
duluxe double dengan pemandangan yang indah)
- And then for the payment, because booking.com they not collect for the payment. All
your payment you will do here, you can pay during your stay and also when your
leaving. You can pay by Card or use cash money. If you pay bay card we will charge
you 3% more for advance to the Bank. (Ini contoh bila tamu belum membayar
bookingannya)
(Untuk pembayaran, karena booking.com tidak memintA pembayaran ke anda. Untuk
semua pembayaran anda lakukan di hotel. Anda bisa membayar dengan kartu atau
dengan uang cash, jika anda membayar dengan kartu kami akan kenakan biaya 3% untuk
biaya ke Bank)

- And then for the payment, because your agent has been collect your payment. If you
have a extra bill for consume in minibar or restaurant you will pay here. You can pay by
Card or use cash money. If you pay bay card we will charge you 3% more for advance to
the Bank.(Ini bila tamu sudah Bayar)
(Untuk pembayaran, karena agent anda sudah memproses pembayaran anda, bila anda
memiliki bill yang lain seperti konsum di minibar atau direstaurant anda akan membayar
disini. Anda bisa membayar dengan kartu atau dengan uang cash, jika anda membayar
dengan kartu kami akan kenakan biaya 3% untuk biaya ke Bank).

- The room included for the daily breakfast, breakfast start from seven to eleven o’clock in
the morning.
(Room sudah termasuk breakfast, breakfast mulai jam 7-8 pagi)
- We also provide for Lunch and dinner, last order for dinner at nine o’clock in the
evening, and our restaurant closing at ten o’clock in the evening

(Kami juga menyediakan untuk luch dan dinner. Untuk orderan terakhir jam 9 malam,
dan restaurant kami tutup di jam 10 PM)
- We also open free daily afternoon tea start from four until five o’clock in the afternoon,
served with Balinese cake.
(Kami membuka untuk layanan the gratis mulai dari jam 4-5PM)
- In the room we have two water system in the bathroom, usually red hendle for hot water
and then blue hendle for cold water, but same room is change. Please try hendle the both
side before use.
( di room kami mempunyai 2 sisitem air, umumnya merah untuk air panas dan biru
untuk air dingin. Tetapi ada beberapa kamar yang tertukar. Silahkan anda coba di kedua
sisi sebelum menggunakannya)

- Please save your valuable things in the safety box. ( like a passport, money). For the code
you can change by your self,
( Silahkan simpan barang berharga anda di dalam kotak pengaman, untuk kode anda bisa
mengganti sendiri)

But we do deep apologize because today we do seem maximum capacity on today and
tomorrow. Due to we have same mistake with our system. As a gesture to our a goodwill,
we will accommodate you at our sister hotel Nicks Pension for all period and give
compensation free massage/dinner (tergantung management/manager kompensasi apa yg
di kasi).

Sorry about inconvenience caused and we will appreciate if you understanding our
condition,
