Identifikasi bagian laporan yang ditandai oleh nomor 1-3.


1) Lack of support to new mothers in regards to childcare: Ini adalah bagian temuan di
mana salah satu masalah utama yang diidentifikasi oleh tim SDM adalah kurangnya
dukungan untuk ibu baru yang membutuhkan layanan pengasuhan anak untuk dapat
bekerja. Karyawan menyatakan frustrasi mereka karena tidak memiliki sistem
pengasuhan anak di dalam perusahaan yang dapat membantu mereka melanjutkan
bekerja.

2) Lack of communication between the staff and upper management: Ini juga
merupakan bagian temuan di mana masalah lain yang disebutkan oleh staf adalah
kurangnya komunikasi antara karyawan dan manajemen tingkat atas. Mereka
menyampaikan keprihatinan tentang menerima instruksi yang tidak konsisten dan
terlambat, serta ketidaktahuan mereka tentang tujuan utama bisnis, yang
menyebabkan kehilangan minat terhadap perusahaan dan pekerjaan mereka.

3) mRecommendations: Rekomendasi disebutkan untuk mengatasi masalah yang


diidentifikasi, seperti mendirikan pusat pengasuhan anak di dalam perusahaan dan
memilih duta karyawan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi antara staf dan manajemen
tingkat atas.

2. Jawaban No.2

1) Penulisan Tanggal: Tanggal yang dicantumkan dalam surat tersebut adalah "11
February 2021". Dalam format penulisan tanggal di Amerika Serikat, bulan
seharusnya ditulis setelah tanggal. Jadi, tanggal yang benar adalah "February 11,
2021".

2) Penulisan Nama Perusahaan: Nama perusahaan ditulis sebagai "Airpod Electronics


Ltd.". Seharusnya, nama perusahaan tersebut adalah "AirPod Electronics Ltd."
dengan huruf "P" dan "E" yang besar.

3) Penulisan Tanda Baca: Terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam penggunaan tanda baca.
Misalnya, pada kalimat "Dear Ms. Dixon," seharusnya diakhiri dengan koma (",")
bukan titik (".") karena masih berlanjut ke kalimat berikutnya. Pada kalimat "I have
enclosed a copy of the proof of purcase for you’re reference.", kata "you're" harus
ditulis sebagai "your" untuk menunjukkan kepemilikan ("your reference").

4) Penulisan Huruf Kapital: Terdapat kesalahan dalam penggunaan huruf kapital.


Misalnya, kata "Customer Service Manager" dan "Dear Ms. Dixon" harus
menggunakan huruf kapital pada awal kata. Selain itu, kata "warranty period" dan
"one year" harus menggunakan huruf kapital karena merupakan judul atau istilah
khusus.

the excellent reputation of your company.
