Memverifikasi dalam pekerjaan dan kegiatan pengujian secara berkelanjutan
sesuai kebutuhan.

Menyaksikan secara acak kegiatan inspeksi dan pengujian.
Witness
Personil yang melakukan pekerjaan harus memberi tahu quality control
representative
yang ditugaskan ketika pekerjaan akan dilakukan sehingga kegiatan
menyaksikan
dapat dilakukan. Pekerjaan tidak berhenti jika quality control representative
yang
ditugaskan tidak ada. Tanda tangan yang menandakan keterlibatan dari quality
control
representative yang ditugaskan diperlukan pada catatan kualitas yang

Jika quality control representative tidak hadir, dia harus meninjau catatan

Verify
Memastikan bahwa suatu dokumen sudah sesuai dengan kondisi aktual
hasil
pemeriksaan.

Surveilance
Pemantauan yang dilakukan secara langsung untuk memastikan bahwa
kegiatan
fabrikasi dan inspeksi telah dilakukan sesuai ITP atau dokumen kontrak.

Provide
Menyiapkan dokumen atau melaksanakan tahapan kegiatan fabrikasi, Instalasi
