Dosen dan
mahasiswa dapat berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan media internet. Dosen dapat memberikan
materi kuliah, berupa file, video, maupun tulisan (teks). Namun, adanya kuliah online kadang
membuat dosen dan mahasiswa kesulitan karena beberapa hal seperti masalah jaringan. Kalau
jaringan mengalami gangguan kuliah juga bakalan terlanggu seperti ketinggal diskusi atau
penyampaian materi. Sangat jarang sekali ada dosen yang mengerti akan hal kecil tapi penting
seperti ini. Beberapa dosen malah tidak tahu menahu soal hal ini. Saya beruntung mendapatkan
dosen seperti Ms.Kiky yang sangat mengerti tentang masalah ini. Terimakasih, Ms.

Online classes are an interactive learning tool. Lecturers and students can communicate
using internet media. Lecturers can provide lecture material, in the form of files, videos, or text
(text). However, the existence of online lectures sometimes makes it difficult for lecturers and
students because of several things such as network problems. If the network has interference
with lectures, it will also be disturbed, such as missed discussions or material delivery. It is very
rare for a lecturer to understand small but important things like this. Some of the lecturers didn't
even know anything about this. I am lucky to have a lecturer like Ms. Kiky who really

In my opinion, an effective method used to help instructors develop and improve learning
content and practices is a combination of video conferencing and discussions via learning
platforms such as whatsapp groups, e-learning, etc. Because if you only take one method, you
might get bored because of monotonous communication, unlike face-to-face lectures which can
use many teaching methods. Moreover, it cannot be denied that when video conferencing many
students have irrefutable problems such as network disruptions, not having more quota, etc.,
online discussions after the video conference will greatly help develop and improve learning
content and practices.
