Based on the results of the first observation can be seen that students in MA
Al-Ittihad Tawangsari Trowulan Mojokerto can not achieve the results of learning
with the maximum. This is because the model and learning strategy used by the
teacher during the learning process is less interesting student attention. Therefore,
it is necessary to have a strategy and a new learning model that is more interesting
and fun to increase student activity and learning outcomes by using Talking Stick
learning in Synergetic Teaching strategy at MA Al-Ittihad Tawangsari Trowulan
Mojokerto. The research in this class action consists of two cycles, each cycle
consisting of planning, execution of action, observation, and reflection. The data
collection techniques used are observation, test learning results, and
documentation. Based on the results of data analysis in this study about the
application of learning Talking Stick learning in Synergetic Teaching strategy,
material about the national income on the subjects Economics class XI IPS in MA
Al-Ittihad, that teaching and learning activities both teachers and students along
with student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I to cycle II.
