• Dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945
• Dekret presiden 5 Juli 1959, menegaskan berlakunya kembali UUD 1945 yang
berarti kembali menjadi dasar negara dan ideologi Indonesia
• Instruksi Presiden Nomor 12 Tahun 1968, menegaskan tentang rumusan
pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan ideologi negara
• Ketetapan MPR Nomor XVIII/MPR/1998 tentang Pencabutan Ketetapan MPR
RI Nomor II/MPR/1978 tentang Pedoman Penghayatan dan Pengamalan
Pancasila (Eka Prasetya Pancakarsa).Dalam ketetapan tersebut ditegaskan
kembali mengenai pancasila sebagai dasar negara yang berbunyi
"Pancasila sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945
adalah dasar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia harus dilaksanakan
secara konsisten dalam kehidupan bernegara"

• Pasal 45 menegaskan bahwa aturan agama harus sesuai dengan " Al-
Qur'an dan Sunnah Nabi." Untuk tujuan ini, sebuah Majelis Ulama Ulama dan
Kelompok Penelitian Islam yang akan dibentuk.
• Menurut Pasal 55, raja harus "memerintah sesuai dengan hukum Islam dan
akan mengawasi penerapan Syariah."
• Pasal 56 menyatakan bahwa raja juga adalah perdana menteri.
• Pasal 57 membuatnya jelas bahwa kabinet raja dan pejabat berpangkat
rendah harus mengikuti Islam.

sons of the founding King, Abd al-Aziz Bin Abd al-Rahman al-Faysal Al Sa'ud,
and to their children's children. The most upright among them is to receive
allegiance in accordance with the principles of the Holy Koran and the
Tradition of the Venerable Prophet. (c) The King chooses the Heir Apparent
and relieves him of his duties by Royal order. (d) The Heir Apparent is to
devote his time to his duties as an Heir Apparent and to whatever missions
the King entrusts him with. (e) The Heir Apparent takes over the powers of the
King on the latter's death until the act of allegiance has been carried out”
