Bussiness Case:
Target sales spare parts meningkat dari 53 M menjadi 70 M. Peningkatan target sales juga akan
berdampak pada peningkatan varian product dan item yang dijual. Maka secara langsung
inventory pun akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu maka diperlukan pengelolaan inventory yang
lebih cerdas dan terstruktur agar avaibility dan stock optimal, sehingga target sales spare parts
akan tercapai.
Problem:
• Target Sales naik dari 53 M menjadi 70 M
• Parts avaibility tahun 2008 hingga 2010 di bawah target (average 81 % untuk 5 product).
• ITO tahun 2008 hingga 2010 tinggi (diatas target).
• SAP belum mengakomodir untuk dijadikan tools analisis.
Goal Statement:
• Membangun parts inventory management system secara manual (program excel).
• Menaikan PA product menjadi 85%
• Menurunkan ITO agar selalu di bawah 120 hari
Project Scope
• Project ini hanya untuk spare parts.
• Project ini hanya mencakup 5 product hierarchy yakni BPW, YORK, JOST, HYVA, dan Tower
Lamp.
