Platform Digital Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh

Zaman sudah berubah! Semakin ke sini, kita terbiasa dengan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh,
semakin banyak platform pembelajaran yang mendukung sistem tersebut. Banyak platform
pembelajaran jarak jauh yang bisa diakses kapan saja, dimana saja, oleh siapa saja dan belajar
jadi menyenangkan karena fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat. Salah satu contohnya adalah Anda
yang menggunakan LMS (Learning Management System) untuk belajar formal maupun
informal.

Di perusahaan start up Anda bekerja sekarang untuk pendidikan, Anda sebagai Manajer Proyek
ditugaskan untuk membuat satu platform pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan nama yang Anda
usulkan. Anda dapat memberikan satu nama yang unik, mudah diingat calon pelajar dan
menarik untuk orang ingin bergabung dengan platform edukasi Anda. Platform ini akan dibuat
berdasarkan web-based dan mobile apps dengan waktu selama 6 bulan untuk
menyelesaikannya.

Kategori materi dalam platform pendidikan daring Anda sebagai berikut: Dvelopment, Bisnis, IT
& Software, Keuangan, Kantor, Development Personal, Desain, Marketing, Fotografi dan Video,
Kesehatan, Pengajaran dan Akadmisi, Hobi. Setiap kategori mempunyai sub-kategori sesuai
bidangnya masing-masing.

Dalam setiap platform akan ada menu basic dan bisnis yang mana versi bisnis diharuskan user
membayar untuk mendapatkan fitu-fitur tambahan dan menguntungkan yang tidak didapatkan

di versi basic. Menu yang lain adalah menu Instruktur dan “Pembelajaran Saya” yang masing-
masing harus login dengan user name dan password. Dan seperti biasa, jika pengguna baru
akan diminta untuk klik sign up. Dan untuk login terdapat menu Forgot Password dan Login ke
Username Lain,

Menu Instruktur berisikan Public Profile, Account, Payout & Tax Setting, Revenue Report dan
Logout. Sedangkan pada menu Pembelajaran Instruktur terdapat menu:

4. Tools
5. Sumber Daya

Menu Pembelajaran Saya terdiri dari:

1. Semua Kursus
2. Daftar Pembelajaran
3. Whislist
4. Pengarsipan

Home page yang akan dilihat oleh pelanggan berisikan katalog-katalog materi dengan tampilan
thumbnail, judul video (materi), rating (bintang 1 – 5), jumlah peserta yang belajar materi
tersebut dan harga (harga normal, harga diskon, promo gratis beberapa hari). Tak lain yang
harus diperhatikan di sini adalah menu-menu standar yang disajikan bagi para pengguna sesuai
dengan kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pengguna.

Dari 10 orang dalam team Anda (Business Analyst, UI/ UX Designer, Native Android Developer,
Web Developer, Backend Developer & QA Tester), 1 orang UI/ UX designer dan 1 orang native
android developer berada di luar kota Anda.

 We will build an online course that will target Indonesia Educational Market by
collaborating with certified instructures who can prove their proficiency in their respective field
and showing enthusiasm in teaching. We will build a platform which can accommodate people
who can’t afford to subscribe by providing basic elements and also provide premium service to
our subscribers. This project will be completed in 6 month by a team consist of Business
Analyst, UI/ UX Designer, Native Android Developer, Web Developer, Backend Developer & QA
Tester. The team will collaborate remotely with UI/ UX Designer and Native Android Developer
using Zoom and other similar application.
The application should be user friendly, easy to navigate, and showing greater value
than the fee paid by subcribers. The user can use all the interactive menu and give rating
accordingly to each session in order for us to gather data for future improvement. We will
conduct beta testing for 2 weeks so we can gather info from our beta tester to improve our
content and system. We will launch the application formally on the 3 rd week of the 6 month of
the project.
