Melakukan tapel pasca melahirkan dimaksudkan

untuk mengencangkan otot pad perut setelah melahirkan,

akar wangi, kayu garu,
kayu cendana dan
mesoyi. Ramuan ini
dibuat serbuk lalu
dibakar pada anglo dan
diasapkan pada rambut.

Adalah ratus untuk mengharumkan badan dengan

bahan utama dalah daun sirih, sangat baikmpula
menghilangkan bau badan.

Ratus pada daerah kewanitaan sangat baik

untuk menghilangkan bau taksedap pada daerah
kewanitaan, ramuan ini biasanya terbuat dari akar
pinang, daun delem, cempaka putih dan menyan
madu berguna untuk mrncegah kanker mulut
rahim, keputihan dan infeksi,gatal- gatal pada
daerah kewanitaan serta membuat daerah
kewanitaan menjadi lebih kesat.

1. Taburkan sedikit ramuan

permulaan perawatan sekitar 10menit.
4. Badabn di scrub dengan jasmine rice seluruh tubuh
sambil dilakukan pijatan ringan deengan penekanan
selama 15menit.

5. Seluruh tubuh diolesi masker licorice yang

dicampur vit c dan perasan air jeruk dan dibiarkan
selama 15menit, setelah itu tubuh dibersihkan dan

dengan styrofoam plastik khusus agar
penarapanya bekerja dengan baik. Kemudian tubh
ditutup dengan penghantar panas hot blanket
selama 25 menit dalam posisi telentang.
