memberikan kepada siapapun

proporsional dan tidak melanggar

◈ Tidak memilih kawan
berdasarkan latar belakang
sosial, dan lain-lain.

Seseorang yang memiliki karakter
kuat akan memiliki keberanian
untuk menyatakan kebenaran,
berani mengaku kesalahan, berani
bertanggung jawab, dan berani
menolak kebatilan

Kerja Keras
Bekerja keras didasari dengan
adanya kemauan. Kemauan
menimbulkan asosiasi dengan
keteladan, ketekunan, daya tahan,
daya kerja, pendirian, pengendalian
diri, keberanian, ketabahan,
keteguhan, dan pantang mundur.
Individu beretos kerja akan selalu
berupaya meningkatkan kualitas
hasil kerjanya demi terwujudnya
kemanfaatan publik yang sebesar-
besarnya. Ia mencurahkan daya
pikir dan kemampuannya untuk
melaksanakan tugas dan berkarya
dengan sebaikbaiknya.
Kesederhanaan
Hidup sesuai dengan kebutuhan,
tidak suka pamer kekayaan, dan
sebagainya.
Merasa cukup dengan apa yang
ada, bukan lantaran pasrah,
melainkan
telah berusaha menyempurnakan
usaha.
Tidak sombong atau menonjolkan
diri dalam pergaulan (dalam arti
negatif ), sekalipun ia mempunyai
kelebihan atau kemampuan.
Menyelaraskan antara kebutuhan
atau keinginan dengan kemampuan
secara realistis dan proposional
Mandiri
Mandiri berarti dapat berdiri di
atas kaki sendiri, artinya tidak
banyak bergantung kepada orang
lain dalam berbagai hal.
Nilai kemandirian dapat
diwujudkan antara lain dalam
bentuk mengerjakan soal ujian
secara mandiri, mengerjakan tugas-
tugas akademik secara mandiri, dan
menyelenggarakan kegiatan
kemahasiswaan secara swadana.

 Akuntabilitas

Akuntabilitas adalah kesesuaian antara aturan dan
pelaksanaan kerja.
Prinsip akuntabilitas dapat mulai diterapkan oleh
mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai
mahasiswa di kampus. Misalnya program-program
kegiatan kemahasiswaan harus dibuat dengan
mengindahkan aturan yang berlaku di kampus dan
dijalankan sesuai dengan aturan.
 Transparansi

Transparansi mengacu pada keterbukaan dan kejujuran untuk saling
menjunjung tinggi kepercayaan (trust) karena kepercayaan, keterbukaan,
dan kejujuran ini merupakan modal awal yang sangat berharga bagi para
mahasiswa untuk dapat melanjutkan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya pada
masa kini dan masa mendatang (Kurniawan : 2010)
transparansi dibagi menjadi lima yaitu proses penganggaran, proses
penyusunan kegiatan, proses pembahasan, proses pengawasan, dan
proses evaluasi.
Program kegiatan kemahasiswaan dan laporan
kegiatannya harus dapat diakses oleh seluruh mahasiswa.
 Kewajaran

Prinsip kewajaran ini terdiri dari lima hal penting yaitu komprehensif
dan disiplin, fleksibilitas, terprediksi, kejujuran, dan informatif.
Misalnya, dalam penyusunan anggaran program kegiatan kemahasiswaan
harus dilakukan secara wajar. Demikian pula dalam menyusun Laporan
pertanggung-jawaban, harus disusun dengan penuh
tanggung-jawab.
