Perawat yang memperhatikan penampilan dirinya dapat

menimbulkan citra diri dan profesional yang positif. Penampilan
fisik perawat mempengaruhi presepsi klien terhadap
pelayanan/asuhan keperawatan yang diterima, karena tiap klien
mempunyai citra bagaimana seharusnya penampilan seorang
perawat

APA ITU BERHIAS ?
 Menurut bahasa kata "berhias" dalam Bahasa Arab
disebut dengan kata-kata tazaiyana-yatazaiyanu.

 Sementara menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa indonesia

berhias di artikan “usaha memperelok diri dengan pakain
ataupun lainnya yang indah-indah, berdandan dengan
dandanan yang indah dan menarik”.

 Sedangkan menurut istilah adalah mempercantik dalam

berpakain termasuk dengan mempergunakan perhiasan,
mempergunakan celak, inai, dan lain sebagainya.

Make up adalah seni merias wajah atau mengubah
bentuk asli dengan bantuan alat dan bahan kosmetik
yang bertujuan untuk memperindah serta menutupi
kekurangan sehingga wajah terlihat ideal.

Tata Cara Berhias Bagi Perawat Perempuan

1. Berpakaian bagi perawat perempuan

A. Memakai pakaian sesuai dengan institusi dimana perawat tersebut bekerja

Memakai tanda pengenal

B. memakai sepatu hitam dengan maksimal tinggi hak 3cm dan sebisa mungkin
tidak menimbulkan suara agar tidak mengganggu oranglain terutama pasien

C. Kuku harus pendek dan bersih

D. Tidak memakai perhiasan selain cincin kawin

E. Jika berjilbab, perawat memakai jilbab polos tanpa corak dengan warna sesuai
dengan pakaian kerja.
Jika tidak memakai jilbab, dianjurkan berambut pendek, tetapi apabila
rambutnya panjang, maka disanggul menggunakan hair net.

A. Disarankan untuk menggunakan lipbalm atau lipstick yang tidak mencolok setiap saat
B. Tambahkan pemakaian lipstick setelah jam istirahat, jangan terlalu cerah ataupun
pucat, warna gelap atau buram ekstrim tidak disarankan
C. Gunakan warna bedak yang sesuai disarankan satu tingkat lebih cerah dari warna kulit
kita
D. Gunakan eye shadow dengan warna yang lembut dan alami dan sedikit sentuhan
mascara
E. Cuci muka dengan sabun pembersih wajah saat wajah mulai tampak berkeringat atau
berminyak

KESIMPULAN
Berhias adalah usaha memperelok diri dengan
pakain ataupun lainnya yang indah-indah,
berdandan dengan dandanan yang indah dan
menarik. Dari pengertian tersebut kita
mengetahui bahwa berhias bukan hanya sekedar
berdandan dengan make-up tetapi juga
berpakaian menarik dan tak lupa harus rapi dan
sopan. Dalam berhias bagi perawat terutama
perawat perempuan sudah memiliki ketentuan
masing-masing. Mulai dari cara berpakaian
hingga cara berdandan pun sudah ada aturan
dan tata caranya.

2. SARAN
Sebagai seorang perawat profesional haruslah
mengikuti segala aturan dan etika keperawatan,
mulai dari berhias, berpakaian, mendengar
hingga berbicara. Seorang perawat juga harus
memperhatikan penampilan fisiknya, karena
sering sekali berinteraksi setiap harinya dengan
orang-orang baru yang tidak dikenal sebelumnya.
Setidaknya penampilan fisik yang baik bisa
memberikan kesan pertama yang positif dari
pasien.
