What is Invitation ???
An invitation is a request, a solicitation, or an attempt to get another person
(individual or an organization) to join you at a specific event or occasion. The event
can be official (formal) or personal (informal). Informal invitation is an invitation
written in a friendly manner to someone you are familiar with (friend, peer, relative,
etc.). The purpose and social function of an invitation is to invite or ask someone to
participate in social event(s).
