Latar Belakang
PERKASA
Gudang merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting di dalam
sektor industri. Bahkan, gudang menjadi salah satu perantara
antara proses produksi dari pabrik, distribusi, hingga konsumsi
dalam bidang ekonomi. Istilah pergudangan merujuk pada
tempat penyimpanan barang dalam skala besar melalui metode
tertentu. Salah satu fungsi dari gudang adalah untuk
menyimpan persediaan bahan baku atau produk sebelum
mendapatkan proses yang lebih lanjut. Istilah ini sering
disebut dengan storage and movement. 
Di samping itu, fungsi gudang adalah sebagai wadah untuk
melayani permintaan pelanggan (order fulfillment). Secara
umum, gudang berperan aktif untuk menyediakan pelayanan
yang baik kepada konsumen dengan menjamin ketersediaan
produk. Alasan diperlukannya gudang adalah untuk
penyimpanan dalam proses menunggu transaksi, sehingga
dapat dicapai stabilitas harga. Ketika permintaan suatu barang
berkurang, Anda bisa menyimpannya di dalam gudang dan
mendistribusikannya ketika permintaan kembali naik.

3. serta untuk membayar biaya - biaya operasional perusahaan +/-

Sumber Dana
Secara teori sumber dana perusahaan dapat dibedakan menjadi dua,
yaitu :
1. modal asing atau pinjaman dalam hal ini bisa berupa pinjaman ke
bank, pinjaman dari lembaga keuangan lain dan pinjaman dari
non bank;
2. modal sendiri bisa dari setoran pemegang saham, dari cadangan
laba, dan laba yang belum dibagi. Dalam hal ini, sumber dana
