ABSTRAK

MUHAMMAD NATSIR HUSAIN, Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Prasarana Pelabuhan Feri Bajoe, Kabupaten Bone (dibimbing oleh M. Yamin Jinca dan Ramli Rahim) Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana kinerja pelayanan prasarana pelabuhan ditinjau dari persepsi penumpang pada pelabuhan Feri Bajoe, 2) bagaimana prediksi pertumbuhan penumpang sepuluh tahun kedepan, apakah masih sesuai atau seimbang dengan fasilitas prasarana pelabuhan yang ada. Penelitian dilakukan pada Pelabuhan Feri Bajoe Kabupaten Bone. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan langsung. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan desktiptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian Kinerja Pelayanan Prasarana Pelabuhan Feri Bajoe yang meliputi variabel dermaga, parkir kendaraan tunggu dan ruang tunggu secara total menurut persepsi penumpang berada pada katagori kurang baik dengan total skor 4.469. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya redesain pencapaian ke dermaga guna memperpendek jarak capai, memisahkan jalur jalan bagi penumpang tidak berkendaraan dengan penumpang berkendaraan, menyiapkan moda angkutan gratis bagi penumpang masuk ke terminal pelabuhan, menyiapkan sarana pendukung khusus pada parkir kendaraan tunggu, penentuan pola parkir dengan marka parkir yang jelas, dan menyiapkan sarana tempat duduk pada ruang tunggu penumpang.

ABSTRACK

Muhammad Natsir Husain, Performance Analysis of Infrastructure Services Ferry Bajoe Port of Bone (supervised by M. Yamin Jinca and H. M. Ramli Rahim) This study aims to investigate at: 1) the performance of services in terms of port infrastructure in the harbor Ferry passenger perception Bajoe, 2) the forecast passenger growth next ten years, is still appropriate or balanced with the existing port infrastructure facilities. The study was conducted at the Ferry Port Bajoe of Bone. Data were collected through direct observation. The data were analysed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive measures. The results showed that performance appraisal Ferry Bajoe Port Services Facility which includes a variable docks, parking of vehicles waiting and waiting rooms in total according to the perception of the categories of passengers are not good with a total score of 4469. Hence the need for redesigning the achievement to reach the dock in order to shorten the distance, separate lanes for passenger riding with passenger not driving, setting up a free mode of transport for passengers enter the terminal port, setting up a special support facilities at the parking lot waiting for, the determination of parking patterns with markers parking is clear, and prepare the means of a seat on the passenger waiting room. CHECE FAJRIANI HAMSIAR, Performance Analysis of Infrastructure Services Sultan Alauddin street Makassar on the Traffic Volume (supervised by M. Yamin Jinca and Baharuddin Hamzah). This study aims to investigate at 1) the extent to which elements of the road irregularities against norms, standards, guidelines, and design criteria occur; 2) the effects of geometric condition and the Sultan Alauddin road section services on its performance that frequently causes traffic congestions; 3) the efforts to improve the infrastrucrure performance of the road section. The study was carried out to Sultan Alauddin street by direct observation in the field. The data were analysed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive measures. The study reveals that deviation against norms, standars, guidelines, and planning criteria in several elements of Sultan Alauddin road section which inflict traffic volume. Therefore, there should be some inprovements on the road infrastructure not only on its elemens but also no other means i.e. flyover, roundabouts, and subways.
