AYAHKU PAHLAWANKU

Semua orang pasti punya tokoh kebanggaannya sendiri. Begitu juga diriku

Aku juga punya tokoh kebanggaan dalam hidupku. Dan tokoh itu adalah Ayahku sendiri

Ayahku mungkin bukan pria terkenal di dunia. Tetapi ia sangat terkenal di dalam hatiku
Wajahnya mungkin bukan yang paling tampan di dunia. Tapi bagiku ia adalah Ayah
tertampan di dunia

Ya, Ayahku seorang sosok yang sederhana

Dengan muka bulat, rambut hampir botak menampakkan jidatnya yang mengkilat

Aku selalu menggodanya dengan mengelap jidatnya yang seperti landasan pesawat terbang
hercules. Dan ia akan membalas godaanku dengan cubitan di pahaku yang selalu membuatku
kesakitan

Perutnya yang buncit membuatnya menjadi saingan ibu ibu yang lagi pada hamil

Ya, Ayahku memang sosok Ayah yang sederhana

Ia adalah pahlawanku

Di awal hidupku, ia menjadi tokoh panutan pertamaku

Ia selalu bisa membuatku tertawa di saat aku sedih

Ia selalu mengajarkanku disaat aku kesulitan

Aku bangga punya sifat kreatif sama seperti dirinya

Di saat musibah datang menimpa kami

Ayah selalu tersenyum dan bilang kalau semua ini pasti akan berakhir dan menjadi lebih
baik.
Aku tahu ia hanya menghibur kami, tetapi sorot matanya yang penuh keyakinan setiap
mengutarakan mimpi mimpinya membuatku selalu percaya, semua pasti akan lebih baik

Ayah, kini engkau semakin tua

Dan beban yang dulu engkau jalani selama hidup ini membuatmu berkeriput

Mungkin engkau tak sekuat dulu menggendongku lalu membawaku berkeliling sepanjang
pantai saat aku kecil

Mungkin penglihatanmu tak setajam dulu saat kau berhasil menemukanku ketika aku
bersembunyi di balik jendela

Mungkin ragamu tak sesehat dulu saat kita masih bisa berlari mengelilingi kota Bukit Tinggi
untuk mencari sendal jepit

Ayah, maafkan aku sampai saat ini belum bisa mewujudkan mimpimu untuk melihat aku
sukses

Maafkan aku karena tak bisa menghapus kesedihanmu saat ia pergi

Ayah, engkau pria tersabar dan terbaik yang pernah kukenal seumur hidupku

Engkaulah guru dari dunia kreatifitasku sehingga aku selalu memiliki ide ide gila

Ayah engkau adalah yang terbaik bagiku

Engkau adalah Ayah juara umum

Mungkin kita tidak kaya, mungkin kita memang sederhana

Namun dengan kehadiranmu, semua itu terasa sangat cukup bagiku

Ayah, aku masih punya tekad

Dan aku tidak akan berhenti sampai aku bisa mewujudkan mimpi mimpimu satu persatu

Kelak engkau akan bangga, karena segala jerih payahmu mendidikku tidak akan sia sia

Ayah, terimakasih karena telah menjagaku

Kini aku yang akan menjagamu di hari tuamu

Semoga engkau selalu sehat Ayah, dan Semoga Allah mengijinkanku mengantarmu
menyempurnakan agama ini
