Komposisi :
Tiap 5 mL mengandung :
Amoxicilin….................125 mg
Farmakologi :
Amoxicilin merupakan turunan penisilin yang
tahan asam, tapi tidak tahan terhadap penilinase.
Obat ini stabil dalam suasana asam lambung, dan
aktif melawan bakteri gram posotif yang tidak
menghasilkan betalakamase, serta beberapa
bakteri gram negative karena obat tersebut dapat
menembus pori-pori membrane fosfolipid bakteri
Indikasi:
Infeksi saluran kemih
Kontra indikasi:
Hipersensitivitas terhadap penicillin
Efek samping :
Mual, muntah, sakit kepala, muncul ruam pada
kulit dan diare
Aturan pakai :
<10 tahun: 375-1000 mg 3 x sehari sendok takar,,
3-10 tahun: 250 mg 3 x sehari sendok takar,
1-3 tahun: 125 mg 3 kali sehari sendok takar.
Peringatan dan Perhatian :
Penggunaan jangka panjang harus dengan resep

Contra indicated:
Hypersensitivity to penicillin
Side Effects :
Nousea, vomiting, headache, skin rashes and
diarrhea
Administration :
<10 tahun : 3 x teaspoonful day 375-1000 mg,
3-10 tahun: 3 x teaspoonful day 250 mg,
1-3 tahun: 3 x teaspoonful day 125 mg.
