Excellent service is the best service that meets the quality standards of service,
with a good service the company will get customers or customers in its business.
Good service will create customer “satisfaction”, which will have an impact on
creating loyal customers who make repeat purchases of the products and services
we provide and there are also benefits expected by the company.
The purpose of this field work practice is to determine the impact of excellent
service quality on the good name of the company on PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia
and to find out the quality of service to members of the coorperative of employees
at PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia. The method used in writing this thesis of
obeservation and literature study.
The results of the field work practices show that PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia
provides a fairly good quaity of service. It was shown by paying attention to
excellent service, good communication, good work methods and friendliness of
coorperative members. Barriers that exist in the service are the lack of adequate
facilities and infrastucture and increase quality human resources in order to improve
company performance.
