Awan Cumulonimbus

Awan Cumulonimbus adalah awan yang berbentuk seperti bunga

kol, berwarna abu-abu gelap yang menggantung di langit. Awan
Cumulonimbus merupakan awan terbesar yang pernah ada. Nama awan
cumulonimbus diambil dari bahasa latin Cumulus yang artinya tumpukan
dan Nimbus yang artinya awan badai atau hujan badai. Pada saat
pancaroba biasanya cuaca pada pagi hari cerah dan terik disertai dengan
kelembaban tinggi yang akan menyebabkan rasa gerah. Pada waktu inilah,
proses pembentukan awan cumulonimbus tengah berlangsung. Awan akan
terus berkumpul yang semakin lama semakin membesar.
Terjadinya awan cumulonimbus terbentuk dari hasil ketidakstabilan atmosfer. Awan ini
terbentuk secara sendiri ataupun berkelompok dan muatan listrik yang keluar dari jantung
awan ditimbulkan oleh gesekan-gesekan partikel serta apabila terkumpul besar bisa
mengakibatkan badai petir. Awan cumulonimbus mulai terbentuk ketika angin
mendorong beberapa awan kecil awan cumulonimbus (awan cumulus) ke daerah tempat
berkumpulnya awan-awan ini. Setelah itu awan-awan kecil ini bergabung, menyatu dan
membentuk awan yang lebih besar. Ketika awan-awan kecil ini bersatu, dorongan ke atas
pada bagian dalam awan yang semakin besar ini meningkat. Dorongan ke atas pada
bagian tengah awan lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan pada bagian pinggir. Akibat
penumpukan ini membuat tubuh awan akan semakin membesar dan tumbuh secara
vertikal dan mencapi pada daerah yang lebih dingin pada lapisan atmosfer atas.
Saat atmosfer dipenuhi awan cumulonimbus , semua penerbangan
vital seperti peluncuran pesawat satelit atupun pesawat luar angkasa ulang
alik akan dihentikan. Tetapi untuk penerbangan komersial memang susah
untuk dihentikan, biasanya jadwal penerbangan akan ditunda. Jika pada
lintasan penerbangan pesawat terlihat tanda-tanda adanya Awan
Cumulonimbus maka sebaiknya rute memutar dipilih pilot pesawat untuk
menghindari awan tersebut karena turbulensi yang bisa dihasilkan oleh
Awan Cumulonimbus mampu menghempaskan badan pesawat dan akan
mengancam keselamatan jiwa yang beada didalam pesawat

 Cumulonimbus Clouds

The Cumulonimbus cloud is a cloud shaped like a cauliflower,

dark gray that hangs in the sky. Cumulonimbus cloud is the largest cloud
ever. The name Cumulonimbus is taken from the Latin language Cumulus
which means pile and Nimbus which means storm clouds or rainstorms.
At the time of transition, the weather in the morning is usually bright and
hot accompanied by high humidity which will cause heat. At this time, the
cumulonimbus cloud formation process is underway. Clouds will continue
to gather, which is getting bigger and bigger.

The occurrence of cumulonimbus clouds is formed from the results

of atmospheric instability. These clouds are formed on their own or in
groups and the electric charge that comes out of the heart of the cloud is
caused by particle friction and
when large collections can
cause lightning storms.
Cumulonimbus clouds begin to
form when the wind pushes
several small clouds of
cumulonimbus clouds ( cumulus clouds ) to areas where these clouds
gather. After that these small clouds join, merge and form a bigger cloud.
When these small clouds unite, the upward push on the inside of the larger
cloud increases. The
upward push in the
center of the cloud is
stronger than the
edge. As a result of
this buildup, the
body of the cloud will grow and grow vertically and reach cooler regions
of the upper atmosphere.
 When the atmosphere is filled with cumulonimbus clouds, all vital
flights such as satellite aircraft launches or space shuttle planes will be
stopped. But for commercial flights it is indeed difficult to stop, usually
the flight schedule will be delayed. If on the flight flight paths there are
signs of Cumulonimbus Cloud, the rotating pilot plane should be chosen to
avoid the cloud because turbulence that can be produced by
Cumulonimbus Cloud is able to throw the fuselage and will threaten the
safety of the soul inside the plane.
