1. Meminta konfirmasi scope ITP & WBS yang sudah disepakati antara PJBS Proyek dan
PT. RE
2. Kondisi bearing turbine tidak ada indikasi temperature atau vibrasi tinggi, data PDM
pada area Turbine Generator akan diambil kembali saat Assesment Before OH
3. Kondisi GV & MSV terdapat indikasi leaksthrough
4. Kondisi scavange oil terdapat indikasi temperature tinggi dan memerlukan
pengecekan pada system cooler
5. Dirty Tank akan dilakukan pemeriksaan kondisinya sebelum dilakukan proses cleaning
main oil tank

6. Kondisi inlet valve condenser passing, dan menyarankan untuk disiapkan pompa alkon
minimal 3 atau 4 untuk proses cleaning waterbox condenser
7. Terdapat beberapa kendala pada peralatan Ash Handling System (Bottom Ash, ESP
dan Fly Ash), akan dibahas kembali pada hari Senin tanggal 31 Mei 2021

4. Penyampaian PJBS O&M 2


1. Untuk pelaksanaan RLA Boiler, Unit akan bersurat ke Engineering Kantor Pusat atau
PJB STEK dengan tembusan ke PJB UJLJ, dan scaffolding akan disediakan oleh PJBS
Proyek
2. Pembuatan WO di Maximo akan dibuat setelah mendapat Job Plan yang sudah
disepakati antara PJBS Proyek dan PT. RE

5. Permit to Work
1. Dilakukan karantina 2 hari sebelum masuk ke unit (1 hari setelah kedatangan dilakukan
Rapid Antigen di Gorontalo)

6. Lain - Lain
1. Basic Communication terkait Temuan Pekerjaan dari PJBS Proyek akan menyampaikan
ke PT. RE pada Daily Meeting dan selanjutnya PT. RE akan melanjutkan ke PLN.
Maksimal dalam 1 x 24 jam harus sudah ada kesepakatan terkait tindak lanjutnya.

operations/works, if PLN or PLN authorized representatives do not attend at time stated.

R = Records Point. This methods or results of the test or inspection implemented by contractor shall be recorded. PLN or
PLN authorized representatives can check these Records.
