1. Spesifikasi Umum Dry Tipe Transformator

Transformator yang akan dipasang dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

Standar
Transformator di design, dibuat dan ditest berdasarkan pada standar :
IEC 60076-1 s/d 60076-5 : Power Transformer
IEC 60076-11 : Dry Type Transformer

Kondisi Kerja
Transformator itu akan dipasang pada tempat dengan ketinggian tidak lebih dari 1000 m di atas
permukaan laut dan maksimum ambient temperature tidak melebihi 40o C.

Relay Proteksi
Transformator harus mempunyai relay proteksi yang meliputi :
- Winding temperature indicator

Spesifikasi umum dan material yang harus dipenuhi antara lain :

 Transformator yang akan disupply mengacu pada Standard Trafo Kering IEC 60076-11 untuk
aplikasi gedung, utility power plant dan industri
 Transformator adalah jenis trafo kering (Dry Type Cast Resin Transformer) dibungkus
(encapsulated/casted) dengan EPOXY RESIN
 Belitan /Winding Transformator adalah Tembaga/ Copper, low voltage winding harus terdiri dari
foil type conductor sementara untuk high voltage winding harus circular atau rectangular
conductors
 Minimum insulation class adalah class F with temperature rise 100 K
 Insulation material harus terbuat dari bahan non flamable/tidak akan terbakar (not propagate
flames) dan harus bisa mematikan api sendiri (self extingiushed)
 Transformator harus dilengkapi dengan selungkup (enclosure) mild steel ,IP21 dengan ketebalan
2mm dan ketebalan cat 60 um. Untuk tipe outdoor, harus memenuhi persyaratan minimal IP 44.
 Harus di lengkapi dengan lifting lug untuk mengangkat transformator, Jacking point dan pulling
hole untuk menarik transformator
 Harus di lengkapi pintu yang bisa di buka tutup dengan melepas bolt&nut untuk akses masuk
melakukakn maintenance atau melakukan tapping
 Harus di lengkapi tanda peringatan di pintu akses enclosure
 Harus dilengkapi dengan earthing terminal untuk enclosure.
 Di bagian atas enclosure harus di lengkapi lubang akses untuk cable
 Harus di lengkapi dengan cooling fan bila memakai selungkup (enclosure)
 Harus di lengkapi proteksi thermometer/temperature
 Transformator harus mampu dan mempunyai continuous performance pada rated capacity under
service condition specified
 Transformator harus dapat beroperasi parallel dengan transformer lain
 Jadwal operasi adalah 24 jam per hari , 365 hari per tahun
 Winding temperature relay harus mempunyai 3 potensial free contacts: Fan start, Over
temperature alarm (warning), Over temperature trip

2. Pengujian Dry Type Transformator

Transformator harus di uji terlebih dahulu sebelum dikirim ke lokasi proyek sampai diperoleh hasil baik
yang smpurna serta memenuhi pesyaratan IEC standard dengan menertakan hasil test report
certificate pabrik pembuat.
Factory Testing / Routine Test di pabrik terdiri dari :
- Winding resistance
- Voltage ratio
- Vector relationship
- Impedance and load loss
- No-load loss and current
- Applied voltage dielectric test
- Induced voltage dielectric test
- Partial Discharge measurement, dengan kriteria kelulusan lebih kecil atau sama dengan 10 pC
pada 1.30 Un

Site Testing di lokasi proyek terdiri dari :

- Ratio check
- Winding insulation resistance
- Winding resistance measurement
- Vector group check
 - Temperature setting of thermometer (temperature controller)
- Cooling fan function check
- Visual and functional check of accessories

Type Tested Certificate

Brand/Merk Transformator harus mempunyai type test certificate dari independent international
laboratorium seperti KEMA atau CESI yang menunjukan bahwa transformator merek tersebut sudah
pernah lulus test sesuai IEC standard 60076-11 seperti test :
- Temperature rise test
- Lightning impulse test
- Short circuit test
- Environment Class E1, Climate Class C2 and Fire Behaviour Class F1
- Sound level test

Pengujian Transformer sebelum di beri daya :

- Apabila transformer sudah tersimpan cukup lama maka harus diuji nilai tegangan dan isolasinya
apakah masih memenuhi persyaratan atau tidak
- Periksa pentanahan trafo yang akan dipasang dengan baik dan ukur tahanan tanahnya (max. 0.5
Ohm)
- Periksa pengaman HV dalam kalibrasi yang betul
- Periksa sambungan-sambungan dalam keadaan benar dan terpasang dengan kuat.

3. Instalasi Dry Type Transformator

Beberapa hal harus menjadi perhatian dalam menginstal Dry Type Transformator di lokasi proyek :
- Unit trafo harus dipasang sesuai dengan petunjuk pabrik pembuat.
- Unit trafo harus dipasang dengan jarak yang cukup untuk pemeliharaan dan ventilasi serta syarat
keamanan
- Transformator jenis kering harus mempunyai ruang yang cukup dengan sirkulasi udara yang
sangat baik.
- Unit trafo harus ditanahkan baik
