suatu kasus telah diajukan terhadap yang anak berkonflik dengan
hukum dan sedang menunggu keputusan di pengadilan yang
sesuai, orang tersebut harus mengajukan untuk mosi menentukan
usia anak tersebut di pengadilan yang sama di mana kasus
tersebut sedang diproses. Menunggu sidang atas mosi tersebut,
proses kasus utama akan ditangguhkan.

Ensure that all statements signed by the child during
investigation shall be witnessed by the child's parents or
guardian, social worker, or legal counsel in attendance who shall
affix hisher signature to the ;said statement.

Whenever detention is necessary, a child will always be
detained in youth detention homes established by local
goverkents, pursuant to Section 8 of the Family Courts Act, in
the city or municipality where the child resides.
The discharge of the child in conflict with the law shall not
affect the civil liability resulting from the commission of the
offense, which shall be enforced in accordance with law.

PENAL PROVISION
SEC. 62. EoIation of the Provisions of this Act or Rules
or Regulations in GeneraI. - Any person who violates any
provision of this Act or Bny~ rule or^ regulation promulgated in
accordance thereof shall, upon conviction for each act or
omission, be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty thousand
pesos (€'20,000.00) but not more than Fifty thousand pesos
@"50,000.00) or suffer imprisonment of not less than eight (8)
years but not more than ten (10) years, or both such fine and
imprisonment at the discretion of the court, unless a higher penalty
is provided for in the Revised Penal Code or special laws. If the
offender is a public officer or employee, hehhe shall, in addition
