    Mix Design shall clearly state the information of aggregate material/fly ash source, brand of cement and
    brand and type of chemical admixture (BASF, SIKA)
    2. Mix Design harus disertakan dengan lampiran-lampiran dokumen berikut :
    Mix Design shall include the attachment of following documents :
    - Analisa Saringan Agregat Halus and Berat Jenis (laporan dari laboratorium independen)
    Sieve analysis of fine aggregate and Specific Gravity (Report from independent laboratory)
    - Laporan pengujian kadar lumpur dan kadar organik agregat halus (laporan dari laboratorium independen)
    Test Report of Clay/Silt content and organic content of fine aggregate (Report from independent laboratory)
    - Lembar Data Teknis chemical admixture yang akan dipakai
    Technical / Product Data Sheet of chemical admixture
    - Laporan kalibrasi timbangan batching plant and peralatan pengujian yang masih berlaku
    Valid weighing equipment and testing equipment calibration report
