KENAIKAN GAJI MINIMUM RM1500
MEMBUAT PENGIRAAN SEMULA KOS BULANAN PEKERJA
(OVERHEAD)
Kenaikan gaji minimum akan mendorong kepada kenaikan kos bulanan bayaran
pekerja sehingga 25% daripada kos semasa. Mungkin kalau sekarang kos bulanan
pekerja anda sebanyak RM50,000 sebulan, tetapi bermula bulan Mei kos ini akan
meningkat menjadi RM62,500.
Bukan itu sahaja, majikan juga perlu membuat pengiraan semula dari segi caruman
Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) & PERKESO bulanan pekerja. Apabila gaji
pokok pekerja naik, secara tidak langsung kadar caruman majikan juga akan
meningkat.
Majikan boleh rujuk jadual ini sebagai panduan pengiraan semula kos bulanan pekerja
jika gaji minimum RM1500 telah dilaksanakan.
Kos bulanan pekerja ini sangat penting untuk majikan membuat pengiraan
semula kerana ianya memberi kesan terhadap jualan dan keuntungan syarikat.

Oleh itu, majikan perlu setkan target jumlah jualan yang ingin dicapai
secara bulanan dan tahunan. Target ini perlu bersifat rasional dan
mempunyai strategi untuk capai.
