3. Simpan rescirculator di dalam paket bloodline (seperti gambar)

4. Gunakan APD dan pastikan reinfusion hingga bloodline dan benar-benar

dibilas dan tidak ada darah pada residual Extra Corporeal Circuit

and no blood on the residual Extra Corporeal Circuit
5. Pada sistem 4008, detektor akan merespon cairan telah bersih dan muncul

On the 4008 system, the detector responds to the liquid being clean and the

8. Pastikan pembuluh darah vena dan arteri kanula / CVC di klem sebelum
dilepaskan
Ensure venous and arterial blood lines cannulas/cvc clamps are clamped
before disconnection

9. Hubungkan jalur Venous dan Arteri bersama-sama menggunakan

resirkulator (seperti yang digambarkan dalam gambar) dan unclamp
bloodline
Connect the Venous and Arterial lines together using the recirculatory (as
pictured) and unclamp blood lines

10. Lepaskan klem jalur vena

Remove venous line clamp
11. Lepaskan jalur tekanan vena dari mesin
Disconnect the venous pressure line from the machine

Open the shunt interlock flap and return the dialysis fluid inlet coupling back to
position

18. Mesin 4008 akan mengosongkan ECC; udara akan masuk melalui saluran
tekanan vena selama sekitar 30 detik; ketika udara mencapai konektor dialyser

The 4008 Machine will empty the ECC; the air will enter via the venous pressure
line for proximally 30 second; when the air reached the arterial dialyser
connector, please remove the blue clamp from the venous

After an additional 30 seconds, the ECC is completely emptied and can be
removed. (Note: in case fluid remains in the ECC, open and close immediately
the Shunt Interlock Flap and wait an additional 30 seconds)
20. ECC dapat dibuang dan ditempatkan langsung ke tempat sampah klinis. Mulai
Disinfektan panas
The ECC can be removed and placed directly into the clinical waste bin.
commence Heat Disinfection
