RESPONSIBILITIES
• Untuk dapat bekerjasama dengan crane operator secara aman dan tanggungjawab
• Sebelum bekerja dengan crane, rigger memiliki tanggungjawab untuk memiliki
pengetahuan tentang aturan dan peraturan dari tempat kerja serta peraturan
umum yang mengatur tentang pengoperasian crane
• Memeriksa kondisi semua ringging components
• Melakukan verifikasi kesesuaian komponen rigging untuk muatan yang di angkat
• Melakukan verifikasi sertifikat untuk peralatan rigging
• Anda memiliki kewajiban untuk peduli dan tidak membahayakan atau
mencelakakan orang lain
• Memelihara semua peralatan kerja yang anda gunakan dan tidak merusaknya
• Sebelum melakukan pekerjaan anda harus menggunakan PPE yang berlaku di
tempat kerja tersebut

 How to use Chain Block ?
BEFORE USE

• NEVER used to lifting and transporting people

• NEVER lift or transport loads near or over people

• NEVER lift more then WLL which is shown on name plate

• ALWAYS let people around you know when lifting process started

• ALWAYS read the operation and safety instruction

CON’T
• ALWAYS check the hoist before use

• ALWAYS make sure the chain length is long enough for the intended job

• ALWAYS check the hook latches work properly

• ALWAYS check the brake

• ALWAYS oil the load chain regularly

• ALWAYS use two hoists which each has WLL equal to the load to be lifted.

• NEVER use hoist without a hoist name plate

• NEVER use modified or deformed hooks

• NEVER use non-authentic chains on the hoist

 WHILE USE

• ALWAYS ensure the load is properly seated in the hook

• ALWAYS tighten the slack out of the chain when starting a lift to prevent a

shock loading

• NEVER operate a hoist unless the load is centered under the hoist

• NEVER use twisted , kinked, damaged or stretched load chain

• NEVER swing a suspended load

• NEVER support a load on the tip of the hook

• NEVER contact the load chain over an edge

• NEVER weld or cut a load suspended by hoist

 CON’T

• NEVER operate a hoist so far that the bottom hook touches the hoist body

•NEVER operate a hoist so far that the load chain pulls the anchorage

• NEVER operate a hoist if excessive noise occurs

• NEVER use the capsized load chain
