Ukuran Pengendalian /Job Steps:

(1) Pastikan pre use checklist dilakukan sebelum pekerjaan dimulai
ENSURE pre use checklist is carried out prior to start the job.
(2) Pastikan jarak aman dari peralatan dengan area kerja panas ± 6 meter.
ENSURE safe distance from the equipment with a hot working area of 6 meters.
(3) Lakukan PJSM (Pre Job Safety Meeting) sebelum pekerjaan dimulai
CONDUCT PJSM (Pre Job Safety Meeting) prior to start the job.
(4) Pasang Regulator & Gauge menggunakan kunci yang sesuai
Install regulator and gauge using appropriate key
(5) Buka valve tabung asetilen & oksigen menggunakan kunci yang sesuai dan jauhkan dari sumber
percikan panas logam
Open the acetylene and oxygen valve tube using the appropriate key and keep away from
source of hot metal splashes
(6) Jauhkan selang dari percikan logam panas, permukaan tajam dan dari kejatuhan alat yang berat
Keep the hose from the hot metal splashes, sharp surfaces and of the fall of heavy tools
(7) Pastikan area kerja dalam keadaan bersih dari bahan yang mudah terbakar dan aman untuk
melakukan pekerjaan
Make sure the work area is clean of flammable materials and safe to do the job
(8) Gunakan Friction Lighter (Korek Pemantik) untuk menyalakan lampu potong
Use friction lighter to turn on the lights cut
(9) Gunakan Pressure Oksigen sebesar 50 Psi jangan berlebihan
Use of oxygen pressure 50 psi, do not overdo it
(10) Gunakan Pressure Asetilen 5 Psi, jangan berlebihan
Use acetylene pressure 5 psi, do not go overboard
(11) Kosongkan Pressure dalam selang Oksigen & Asetilen pada saat tidak digunakan
Empty pressure on oxygen and acetylene hose when not in use
(12) Tutup tabung oksigen & asetilen bila tidak digunakan lagi
Close the oxygen and acetylene tube when not in use anymore
(13) Pastikan selang dilepas dari tabung oksigen & asetilen bila sudah tidak digunakan lagi
Make sure the hose is remove from the oxygen and acetylene tube when not in use
(14) Pasang cap penutup tabung oksigen & asetilen bila tidak digunakan lagi
Replace the cap and acetylene oxygen cylinder when not in use anymore
(15) Gulung selang bila pekerjaan selesai dan pastikan tabung dalam keadaan aman
Roll up the hose when the work is completed and make sure the tubes in a safe condition
(16) Lakukan housekeeping setelah pekerjaan selesai
Perfomed house keeping after work is completed
