Good morning everyone, how are you today? Let me introduce myself, My name is
Meisya Alieffa Syakir a college student of Health Polythecnic majoring in Nursing
Department. Today I’m here to talk to you about The Benefits of Morning Running. Today's
topic is of particular interest to those of you who want to be healthy with the easiest and
cheapest exercise to do.
My talk is divided into 2 parts. The first is benefits of morning running for body
health and the second is best time of running. I'll start with some general information on
reasons why morning runs are more recommended. The morning air that has not been heavily
polluted is one of them. The benefits of running in the morning every day are also so great. If
running in the morning has become a habit, you can be sure you can enjoy the following
benefits.

3. Increase Endurance
Running in the morning regularly can help increase the body's metabolism. The growth of
immune cells is also increasing. This is what makes the immune system stronger.
4. Helps Sleep Better
In a study published in the journal Vascular Health and Risk Management, morning
running contributed greatly to improving sleep quality. Its contribution is even greater
than exercising in the afternoon or evening.
Right, let’s move on to best time for morning run, The best time for an early morning run
is when the sun has just risen and the streets are still quiet. Approximately between 05.00-
06.00. To get more optimal benefits, running in the morning should be done for 30-45
minutes. In a week, make sure you run 3-4 times in the morning. Before running in the
morning, don't forget to prepare yourself first by warming up, running with relaxation and
after running, don't forget to cool down.
To sum up running in the morning is recommended because the air in the morning is good
for health and you can also run every day. However, make sure to know your body condition
