WINS ACQUIRES 2 ADDITIONAL AHTS AND CELEBRATES THE 12TH ANNIVERSARY
OF LISTING ON IDX
Wintermar acquires 2 additional units of AHTS
and celebrates the 12th anniversary of listing
on IDX.
Acquisition of 2 additional units AHTS
PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk, has acquired 2 units of
7000BHP Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS), to be named
SMS Sonnet and SMS Stanza. The two AHTS will be delivered
by December 2022, are ABS classed and have DP1 and FiFi1
capability, and expected to be utilized from 1Q2023.
Including these two vessels, Wintermar has added 8 vessels to
the fleet for the year 2022, comprising 1 unit Platform Supply
Vessel (PSV), 2 units 5000BHP AHTS, 1 unit 6000BHP AHTS
and this latest addition of two units of 7000BHP AHTS, for a total
capex of US$ 12million.
With this latest purchase, Wintermar’s fleet will be increased the
fleet to 41 Vessels by end December 2022. The Company is
positioning for strong growth in the current environment of higher
global OSV demand and is optimistic that charter rates will
continue to rise in 2023.
Wintermar’s 12th IPO anniversary
Today also marks the Company’s 12th IPO anniversary, as
Wintermar’s shares were first listed on the IDX on November 29,
2010. Upon listing, the Company’s fleet comprised 59 vessels of
which 40 were low tier comprising of small tugs and barges,
landing crafts and crew boats, while only 2 units were high tier
vessels comprising Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs).

PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk, mengakuisisi 2 unit
Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) 7000BHP, yang diberi
nama SMS Sonnet dan SMS Stanza. Kedua AHTS tersebut
akan diserah-terimakan di Desember 2022, berkelas ABS dan
memiliki kemampuan DP1 dan FiFi1, serta diharapkan siap
terutilisasi sejak 1Q2023.
Dengan menyertakan kedua kapal tersebut, Wintermar telah
menambah 8 armada kapal pada tahun 2022, yang terdiri dari
1 unit Platform Supply Vessel (PSV), 2 unit 5000BHP AHTS,
1 unit 6000BHP AHTS dan penambahan terbaru dua unit
7000BHP AHTS, dengan total belanja modal US$ 12 juta.
Dengan pembelian terbaru ini, jumlah armada akan menjadi
41 Kapal di akhir December 2022. Perusahaan sedang
memposisikan diri untuk pertumbuhan yang kuat pada kondisi
permintaan tinggi atas OSV secara global saat ini disertai
optimisme akan berlanjutnya kenaikan tarif sewa pada tahun
2023.
Peringatan IPO tahun ke-12 Wintermar
Hari ini juga menandai peringatan IPO Perusahaan yang ke-
12, dimana saham Wintermar pertama kali dicatatkan di BEI
pada tanggal 29 November 2010. Pada saat pencatatan,
armada Perusahaan terdiri dari 59 kapal dimana 40 di
antaranya adalah low tier terdiri dari kapal tugs kecil dan
barges, kapal landing craft dan crew boat, sementara kapal
high tier hanya terdiri dari 2 unit Platform Supply Vessels
(PSVs).

In the following years since IPO, Wintermar has grown and Di tahun-tahun berikutnya sejak IPO, Wintermar telah
transformed into an international operator of Offshore Supply berkembang dan bertransformasi menjadi operator Offshore
Vessels with high quality DP2 vessels and a strong international Supply Vessel internasional dengan kapal DP2 berkualitas
client base. Of the 41 vessels in the fleet by end 2022, only 1 unit tinggi dan basis klien internasional yang kuat. Dari 41 kapal
is in the low tier vessel category and 11 units are high tier vessels. yang dimililki per akhir tahun 2022, hanya 1 unit yang masuk
kategori kapal low tier dan 11 unit kapal merupakan kapal high
tier.
As at the end of October 2022, the total remaining contracts on
hand amount to US$69.4million. Pada akhir Oktober 2022, total kontrak yang dimiliki berjumlah
US$69,4 juta.
