Chapter 1

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. All contractors, including the crews shall be applied the knowledge of Regulations and
Importance of Safety and Health during booth installation.
Semua kontraktor, termasuk kru harus menerapkan Peraturan dan Pentingnya Keselamatan
dan Kesehatan selama instalasi booth.

2. No pets, contraband, flammable materials, explosives or other hazardous products are

allowed in the exhibition venue.
Tidak ada hewan peliharaan, selundupan, bahan yang mudah terbakar, bahan peledak atau
produk berbahaya lainnya yang diperbolehkan di tempat pameran.
3. Posters or other promotional materials shall be posted only on the individual booths,
installation in the gangway / pillars / walls are prohibited.
Poster atau materi promosi lainnya hanya dipasang di booth masing-masing, dilarang
melakukan pemasangan di gangway / pilar / dinding.
5. All material used shall be fire prevention treated. All materials for lighting, screen or backdrop
should also be prepared for fire prevention. Semua material yang digunakan harus yang
tidak mudah terbakar.
Semua material untuk penerangan, layar atau tirai latar juga harus disiapkan untuk
menghindari kebakaran.
6. All the electrical installations for the exhibition will only be connected to the building power
supply after being checked and approved by the Exhibition Organizer. To ensure maximum
safety, all electrical connections to each booth may only be carried out by the Exhibition
Organizer.
Semua instalasi listrik untuk pameran hanya akan terhubung ke panel listrik gedung
setelah diperiksa dan disetujui oleh Penyelenggara Pameran. Untuk memastikan keamanan
maksimal, semua sambungan listrik ke masing-masing booth hanya dapat dilakukan oleh
Penyelenggara Pameran.
7. The Exhibition Organizer is responsible for cleaning of the public areas and gang way.
Exhibitors shall take care of their own booths.
Penyelenggara Pameran bertanggung jawab terhadap pembersihan area publik dan
gangway. Peserta pameran harus bertanggung jawab pada boothnya masing-masing.
8. All materials and construction booths shall not preclude evacuation and security access.
Semua material dan konstruksi booth tidak boleh menghalangi akses evakuasi dan keamanan.
9. Exhibitors are required to adjust the level of loudspeakers in the booth by observing the
convenience of the exhibition area, so as not to cause excessive and disturbing noise.
Peserta pameran diharuskan menyesuaikan tingkat pengeras suara di booth dengan
memperhatikan kenyamanan area pameran, agar tidak menimbulkan kebisingan yang
berlebihan dan mengganggu.
10. In the exhibit days, electrical power will be switched off 30 minutes after the exhibition close.
Di hari-hari pameran, daya listrik akan dimatikan 30 menit setelah pameran ditutup.
11. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are prohibited.
Merokok dan minuman beralkohol dilarang.

Chapter 2 l BOOTH CONSTRUCTION

SPECIAL DESIGN BOOTH

a. For special design booths, the structure height:

b. The exhibitor must submit the booth design to get approval to the organizer, and the
organizer reserves the rights to request exhibitors to modify booth design if necessary.
Documents to be submitted are:

Layout design and display material include electrical installation (front view, side view,
perspective) with accuracy and dimensional clarity.

Peserta pameran harus menyerahkan desain booth untuk mendapatkan persetujuan kepada
penyelenggara, dan penyelenggara berhak meminta peserta pameran untuk memodifikasi
desain booth jika dianggap perlu. Dokumen yang harus diserahkan adalah:

Desain tata letak dan bahan tampilan termasuk instalasi listrik (tampak depan, tampak
samping, perspektif) dengan akurasi dan kejelasan dimensi.

c. Exhibitors are responsible for the use and maintenance of all electrical appliances used in
their respective booths, high quality electrical cables are required to avoid accidents and
minimize damage.
Peserta pameran bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan dan pemeliharaan semua peralatan
listrik yang digunakan di booth masing-masing, kabel listrik berkualitas tinggi diperlukan
untuk menghindari kecelakaan dan meminimalkan kerusakan.

d. The special design booth contractor is required to clean up the remaining materials and
equipment used after installation and dismantle, all materials and equipment used are the
responsibility of the contractor.
Kontraktor booth special design diharuskan membersihkan sisa bahan dan peralatan yang
digunakan setelah pemasangan dan pembongkaran, semua bahan dan peralatan yang
digunakan merupakan tanggung jawab kontraktor.

e. The special design booth contractor is required to submit the Contractor Agreement and
Deposit to the Organizer, to get Contractor Pass. Without it, contractor / crew are prohibited
inside the exhibition venue.
Seluruh kontraktor dan kru booth special desain diharuskan menyerahkan Perjanjian
Kontraktor dan Deposit kepada Penyelenggara Pameran, untuk mendapatkan Kontraktor
Pass. Tanpa itu, kontraktor / kru dilarang berada di dalam tempat pameran.

c. No drilling, nailing or gluing shall be used in the standard booths, use S hooks to hanging
posters or other promotional materials on the partition walls. The booth partition can
withstand a maximum load of 2 kg / 3m.
Dilarang melakukan tindakan pengeboran, pemakuan atau perekatan pada booth
standar, gunakan kait S untuk menggantung poster atau bahan promosi lainnya di
dinding partisi. Partisi booth dapat menahan beban maksimum 2 kg / 3m.

d. All package entitlements (including furniture, electricals, booth structures and graphic
texts for company name) are not exchangeable, and no financial credit will be given by
the Organizer for unutilized items.
Semua hak atas paket (termasuk furnitur, listrik, struktur booth dan teks grafis untuk
nama perusahaan) tidak dapat ditukarkan, dan tidak ada pengembalian biaya yang akan
diberikan oleh Penyelenggara untuk barang yang tidak digunakan.

e. Additional furniture and equipment are available for rent, please submit the Furniture
and Equipment Form to the Exhibition Organizer.
Furniture dan perlengkapan tambahan tersedia untuk disewakan, mohon kirimkan
Formulir Furniture & Equipment kepada Organiser Pameran.

ELECTRICITY
a. Penggunaan Kabel
● Each connection cable used must use a cable 240 V (ISO) capacity;
Setiap kabel sambungan yang digunakan harus menggunakan kabel yang mempunyai
kapasitas 240 V (ISO).
● The cable placement used at each stand must be adjusted and not disturb other
participants;
Penempatan kabel yang dipergunakan di masing-masing stand harus disesuaikan dan
tidak mengganggu peserta lainnya.

b. Electricity Facilities
Each booth is supplied with electricity complimentary;
Setiap booth berhak mendapatkan fasilitas listrik sebesar :

For additional power, please submit the Electricity Order Form to the organizer;
Untuk penambahan daya, kirimkan Form Penambahan Daya Listrik ke
penyelenggara.

LOUD SPEAKER
a. The use of loud speakers on the first day starts after 13:00 pm, because it coincides with
the Opening Ceremony and Seminar;
Penggunaaan loud speaker di hari pertama dimulai diatas pukul 13:00, karena bersamaan
dengan pelaksanaan Opening Ceremony dan Seminar.

b. The use of loud speakers is only allowed on the second day provided that;
Penggunaan loud speaker hanya diperkenankan di hari kedua dengan ketentuan:
- Exhibitors are required to adjust the sound level at each stand, by not disturbing the
comfort of surrounding environment. Exhibitors must follow the rules so as not to
cause excessive noise and disturb other exhibitors; Peserta pameran diwajibkan untuk
mengatur level suara di masing-masing stand dengan memperhatikan kenyamanan
lingkungan pameran. Peserta pameran wajib mengikuti peraturan sehingga tidak
menimbulkan suara yang berlebihan serta mengganggu peserta pameran lainnya:
- The speaker volume limit max 80 dB; Batas volume speaker tidak boleh melebihi 80dB.

c. Participants who plan to use loud speakers for product demonstrations, must coordinate
with the organizers according to the schedule; Peserta yang berencana menggunakan
loud speaker untuk demonstrasi produk, harus berkoordinasi dengan penyelenggara
sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan.

Chapter 3

ID CARD

EXHIBITOR ID CARD
a. Exhibitor ID Card as an identification for exhibitors participant. Exhibitor ID Card will be
given to each booth:;
ID Card Exhibitor sebagai tanda pengenal peserta, akan diberikan masing-masing dengan
ketentuan:

b. Each additional card is charged IDR 25.000;

Penambahan ID card dikenakan biaya @ Rp 25.000.

c. Not allowed to lend or exchange ID cards to other people. If a violation of this provision
occurs, the Committee has the right to revoke the ID Card;
Tidak diperkenankan untuk meminjamkan ataupun menukar ID Card kepada orang lain. Jika
terjadi pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan ini, maka pihak Panitia berhak menarik ID Card.

CONTRACTOR ID CARD
a. Contractor ID Card as an identification for exhibitors contractor, will be given to each booth:;
ID Card Kontraktor digunakan sebagai Tanda Pengenal Kontraktor peserta pameran, akan
diberikan masing-masing dengan ketentuan:

b. The contractor must use the Contractor's ID Card;

Pihak kontraktor wajib menggunakan ID Card Kontraktor.

REGISTRATION
Check-in time: please pick up your ID Card on October, 24-26 2022 at the Organizer Office
(09:00 - 17:00 WIB). Waktu check-in: silakan ambil ID Card Anda pada 24-26 October 2022 di
Ruang Organizer (pkl 09:00 - 17:00 WIB).
