1. Tujuan 1. Purpose

identifikasi potensi bahaya dan check
material yang akan di grubbing.
5.1.4. Jika diperlukan konfirmasi ke team survey
untuk jalan akses masuk dump truck dan
area untuk pengumpulan material.
5.1.5. Pastikan area yang dijadikan tempat
pengumpulan / penumpukan.

5.2. Memberikan arahan pada operator
sebelum melakukan pekerjaan,
sampaikan potensi bahaya di area kerja
5.2.1. Sampaikan ke operator dozer lokasi
pengumpulan material yang di grubbing
5.2. Direct a direction to operator before
works, convey the potential of hazard in
work area
5.2.1. Convey to operator dozer the location of
collecting material that grubbing (flat

5.2.2. Sampaikan ke operator loader untuk
membuat dudukan kerja aman di dekat
tempat pengumpulan material
5.2.3. Instruksikan ke operator DT untuk
bersiap melakukan aktifitas dan hati-hati
menuju tempat loading dan bermanuver.
5.3. Instrusikan unit bulldozer untuk mulai
melakukan pembersihan area/prose
grubbing
5.3.1. Tentukan titik dimulainya pekerjaan
5.3.2. Jika masih terdapat kayu dalam ukuran
besar, maka instruksikan untuk didorong
dengan hati-hati
5.3.3. Jika terdapat akar tumbuhan dengan
ukuran besar, maka dorong akar tersebut
secara berhati-hati
5.3.4. Jika diperlukan bisa digunakan ripper
dalam proses grubbing ini untuk
memudahkan.
5.3.5. Instruksikan untuk dilakukan
pengumpulan material di area yang telah
ditentukan dan perhatikan posisi loader
yang akan melakukan proses pemuatan
ke dalam DT.
5.4. Setelah material terkumpul, instrusikan
DT untuk melakukan proses loading,
perhatikan metoda loading yang
digunakan
5.4.1. Jika top loading, maka excavator harus
membuat safety berm di area belakang
(pada arah gerak mundur)
5.4.2. Jika terdapat banyak material kayu dan
panjang, sebelum loading operator
loader harus membuat lubang temporary
dahulu untuk memudahkan loading

grubbing process to make it easier
5.3.5. Instruct to carried out collecting the
material in are that determined and pay
attention loader position that will carry out
the process of loading into DT
5.4. After the material collected, instruct DT
for carry out the process of loading, pay
attention to loading method that used
5.4.1. If top loading, so the excavator must
make safety berm in back area (in the
reverse direction)
5.4.2. If there are many materials of wood and
length, before loading operator loader
must make hole of temporary first for
make it easy loading the logs and before

terdapat kayu yang berukuran panjang,

operator dump truck untuk bisa berangkat
kemudian barulah dump truck berikutnya
melakukan proses loading.
5.5. Setelah proses grubbing selesai,
instrusikan unit support untuk
melanjutkan pekerjaan lainnya. Dan
hati- hati Ketika keluar dari sana
5.5.1. Pastikan lubang temporary yang dibuat
oleh loader telah ditutup sebelum
meninggalkan lokasi
5.5.2. Infokan ke pihak terkait mengenai status
pekerjaan yang telah dilaksanakan
Prosedur instruksi kerja ini menerangkan proses
global yang menjadi panduan kerja suatu
aktivitas di lapangan akan tetapi tidak menutup
kemungkinan perbedaan yang tidak substansial
tergantung kondisi yang ada di tiap jobsite.
