ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan mengetahui seberapa jauh tujuan
dari pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan tercapai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan
teknik wawancara secara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan
dilihat dari aspek biaya pelayanan ternyata sudah mencukupi dan dari aspek waktu pelayanan dan sumber
daya pendukung pelaksanaan pelayanan belum memadai. Tujuan dari Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu
Kecamatan belum tercapai secara maksimal karena jenis pelimpahan wewenang yang diberikan dinilai
belum efektif dan efesien menciptakan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan semakin dekat dengan
masyarakat . Saran yang diberikan adalah pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin dan Kecamatan Tanjung
Lago melakukan penambahan fasilitas pendukung pelayanan dan memperbaiki cara pelayanan agar waktu
pelayanan menjadi lebih baik; serta melakukan kajian ulang terhadap jenis pelimpahan wewenang yang
diberikan kepada camat agar tujuan kebijakan tercapai lebih maksimal.
Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though the
standards and laws have been set. These problems include the timeliness of services, service costs, and
resources to support service implementation. The government has tried to bring up an innovation in the
field of public services through the District Integrated Administration Service policy regulated in
Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of the regent's authority to the subdistrict
head .
This study aims to evaluate the implementation and find out how far the goals of the District
Integrated Administration service are achieved. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and
document studies. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was
sufficient and from the aspect of service time and resources supporting the implementation of services it
was not sufficient. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Service has not been maximally
achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered ineffective and efficient in
creating quality services and getting closer to the community. Suggestions given are the government of
Banyuasin Regency and Tanjung Lago District to add service support facilities and improve service
methods so that service time becomes better; as well as reviewing the types of delegation of authority
given to the sub-district head so that policy objectives can be achieved more optimally.
