PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN

MATERI GARIS DAN SUDUT KELAS VII MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN PBL

Abstrak
Penelitian ini berfokus menghasilkan media video pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi
garis dan sudut. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media diperoleh hasil keseluruhan 93.7% yang berdasarkan
kriteria media valid dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi
diperoleh hasil keseluruhan 98.7% yang berdasarkan kriteria media valid dan layak digunakan dalam
proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji coba pada siswa kelas VII diperoleh hasil keseluruhan 96.4% yang
berdasarkan kriteria media valid dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil pre-test dan post-
test siswa terdapat peningkatan nilai sebesar 86, 95% yang berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan
media video pembelajaran termasuk dalam kriteria ekertif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil
peningkatan pemahaman materi garis dan sudut siswa sebesar 30% dan berdasarkan data uji N-Gain
diperoleh nilai gain sebesar 0, 71. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa
peningkatan pemahaman materi garis dan sudut siswa kelas VII tergolong tinggi.

Abstrack

This research focuses on producing learning video media to improve understanding of line and angle

material. The validation results by media experts obtained an overall result of 93.7% which is based on

valid media criteria and is suitable for use in the learning process. The results of validation by material

experts obtained an overall result of 98.7% which is based on valid media criteria and is suitable for use

in the learning process. The test results on class VII students obtained an overall result of 96.4% which is

based on valid media criteria and is suitable for use in the learning process. The results of the students'

pre-test and post-test showed an increase in scores of 86.95% which was based on the criteria set by the

instructional video media included in the effective criteria used in the learning process. The results of an

increase in students' understanding of lines and angles material was 30% and based on the N-Gain test
data, a gain value of 0.71 was obtained. Based on predetermined criteria, it can be concluded that the

increase in students' understanding of lines and angles material in class VII was classified as high.
