UJI SLUMP - Basahi cetakan dan letakkan di atas permukaan datar, lembap, tidak
menyerap air dan kaku
- Isi cetakan dalam tiga lapis, setiap lapis sekira sepertiga dari volume
cetakan (keketebalan 67 mm dan 155 mm)
- Padatkan setiap lapisan dengan 25 tusukan menggunakan batang pemadat
SNI 1972:2008 Cara uji slump beton - Padatkan lapisan kedua dan lapisan atas seluruhnya hingga kedalamannya,
sehingga penusukan menembus batas lapisan di bawahnya
- Dalam pengisian dan pemadatan lapisan atas, lebihkan adukan beton di
atas cetakan sebelum pemadatan dimulai. Tambahkan adukan beton untuk
tetap menjaga adanya kelebihan beton pada bagian atas dari cetakan.
- Setelah lapisan atas selesai dipadatkan, ratakan permukaan beton pada
bagian atas cetakan
- Lepaskan segera cetakan dari beton dengan cara mengangkat dalam arah
vertikal secara-hati-hati. Angkat cetakan dengan jarak 300 mm dalam waktu
5 ± 2 detik tanpa gerakan lateral atau torsional.
- Selesaikan seluruh pekerjaan pengujian (dari awal pengisian hingga
pelepasan cetakan) dalam waktu tidak lebih dari 2 ½ menit.
- Ukur segera slump dengan menentukan perbedaan vertikal antara bagian
atas cetakan dan bagian pusat permukaan atas beton. Bila terjadi
keruntuhan atau keruntuhan geser beton pada satu sisi atau sebagian
massa beton, abaikan pengujian tersebut dan buat pengujian baru dengan
porsi lain dari contoh

Bila lebih dari 2 titik bacaan memiliki perbedaan lebih dari 6 satuan dari
SNI ASTM C805:2012 nilai rata-rata, maka seluruh rangkaian pembacaan harus dibatalkan dan

Prinsip Kerja:
Metode ini mengukur cepat rambat gelombang longitudinal (yang dipancarkan dari transduser alat)
melalui beton yang merepresentasikan keseragaman dan mutu relatif beton.
Kegunaan:
a. menilai atau mengetahui keseragaman dan mutu relatif beton
b. mendeteksi adanya rongga dan retak
c. memperkirakan tingkat kerusakan atau retakan pada beton
d. mengevaluasi efektivitas perbaikan retak
e. mengetahui adanya perubahan sifat-sifat beton
Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode uji ini tidak boleh dianggap sebagai pengukur kekuatan beton ataupun pengujian
yang memadai untuk menentukan kesesuaian modulus elastisitas beton di lapangan dengan yang diasumsikan dalam perancangan.

menggunakan peralatan yang sudah dikalibrasi”.

oleh Engineer untuk mengevaluasi keseragaman beton in-place (di tempat) atau untuk memilih area yang akan di
core. Metode ini tidak boleh digunakan untuk mengevaluasi in-place strength (kekuatan di tempat).
SNI 2847:2019 pasal 26.12.4, metode NDT di tempat seperti uji penetrasi (ASTM C803M), hammer rebound (ASTM
C805M), atau uji cabut (ASTM C900) dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai kuat tekan di tempat (terpasang)
