sertifikasi dari Keementerian Ketenagakerjaan

b. Pastikan dulu bahwa sepatu yang dipakai bersih dari lumpur, pelumas, atau kotoran lain yang bisa
menyebabkan slip. Alat pelindung diri wajib dipakai.
Make sure first that the shoes are clean from mud, lubrication, or other dirt that can cause
slippage.
c. Naik / turun tangga harus memanfaatkan kedua tanganuntuk memegang. Tubuh harus selalu
menghadap tangga. Jangan merosot / meluncur / melompat untuk menuruni tangga.
Up / down stairs should use both hands to hold. The body should always face the stairs. Do not
slip / slide / jump to descend the stairs.
d. Jika membawa peralatan atau beban usahan dengan tali untuk menggeretnya ke atas, sehingga
kedua tangan bebas untuk berpegangan.

e. Jika harus membawa kunci atau peralatan lainnya, masukkan ke dalam kantong yang diikatkan
pada ikat pinggang, atau dipanggul.

f. Hanya dibolehkan satu orang menaiki tangga perancah di satu waktu.

7. Bekerja di atas perancah.

dipakai dengan benar.

b. Dan pekerjaan di atas atau sama dengan 5 meter diwajibkan meminta surat izin atau work permit
dari pihak yang berwenang (section head / dept. head / SHE Officer).

c. Sedapat mungkin gunakan peralatan kerja yang dilengkapi dengan gelang tangan sehingga tidak
mudah terjatuh ke bawah.

e. Jaga langkah kaki, jangan berpindah tempat secara mendadak atau berdiri berdekatan sehingga
membebani lantai kerja secara akumulatif.
Keep footsteps, do not move abruptly or stand close together so as to burden the work floor
accumulatively.
f. Hindari bersandar pada pagar lantai kerja, pagar hanya digunakan untuk tempat berpegangan atau
penahan jatuh.
Avoid leaning on the work floor fence, the fence is only used for holding or fallers.
g. Lakukan pekerjaan dengan hati-hati, jika ada angina kencang, rendahkan tubuh dan berpegangan
pada pagar pengaman.
Do the work carefully, if there is tight angina, lower your body and hold on to the safety fence.
h. Jika perancah didirikan di dekat (dlam radius 3 meter) kabel listrik bertegangan >24 volt, maka
kabel tersebut harus dimatikan dari sumber arusnya. Dilarang memakai perancah kayu.
If the scaffolding is established near (within 3 meters radius) of the power cable> 24 volt, then the
cable must be switched off from the current source. Do not use wood scaffolding.
i. Jika perlu perancah (yang terbuat dari logam) harus dibumikan terlebih dahulu.

If the wheeled scaffolding has to be moved, what to do:
i. Tidak boleh ada orang diatas perancah tersebut.

ii. Semua barang, alat dan peralatan kerja harus diturunkan lebih dahulu.

iii. Pemindahan harus dilakukan minimal oleh 2 (dua) orang dan salah satu memberikan
komando.

b. Perhatikan lintasan perpindahan, hindari orang atau aktivitas lainnya.

c. Maksimum hanya 3 tingkat perancah beroda yang boleh didorong.

a. Sebelum perancah dibongkar, pastikan tidak ada alat, peralatan, barang, atau material lain yang
tertinggal di lantai kerja perancah.
Before the scaffolding is dismantled, make sure there are no tools, tools, items, or other materials

b. Pastikan sudah ada perintah bongkar dari pengawas.

rata untuk memudahkan pemindahan.
Removable scaffolding poles should be neatly arranged, on a dry, flat platform to facilitate
transport.
a. Perancah harus disimpan dengan cara ditumpuk rapi, lantai tempat penumpukan harus rata, kering,
bersih dan terlindung dari cuaca.
Scaffolds should be stored in a neatly stacked, cemented floor should be flat, dry, clean and
sheltered from the weather.
b. Orang yang bekerja dengan perancah wajib memakai alat pelindung diri terutama helm, sarung
tangan, dan sepatu pelindung.
