1. TUJUAN

Standard operating procedure (SOP) ini ditetapkan untuk memberikan petunjuk

pelaksanaan kegiatan teknis agar dapat dijalankan dengan aman.

2. RUANG LINGKUP

SOP ini berlaku untuk pekerjaan-pekerjaan teknis di lokasi project atau di proyek.

(Fabrication Welding)

(Cutting & Burning with Cutting Torch)

(Pipe Storage, Handling & Transporting)

Purpose
All pipe storage, handling & transportation procedure shall be designed to protect pipe
and its coating and ensure the K3L of pipe handlers and the general public.

All pipe shall be handled in such manner that impact loads

(Lifting Equipment Procedure)

1. Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to define good K3L operation in handling lifting equipment at job
site for shop and field operation

2. Objective
In all handling operations, PT. Ciriajasa CM. shall make sure that the agreements made are not
likely to cause permanent deformation of elements by bending, bucking or warping, taking into
account its weight and any wind induced forces

Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to define good K3L operation in handling excavation work at job
site for field operation.
