LOKASI PARKIR KENDARAAN RINGAN DI SEKITAR CAMP
Kepada semua karyawan BKP – BTR dan kontraktor,
Untuk mengingatkan dan menegaskan kembali dari
Safety Flash No. 2022-01-78SF mengenai peraturan parkir
di lokasi/area camp. Saat ini dengan adanya penambahan
jumlah LV operasional dan terbatasnya jumlah lahan
parkir yang disediakan, sehingga menuntut kita untuk
lebih bijak dalam mengoperasikan LV di area operasional
dan kembali ke area camp dengan membawa LV. Akhir-
akhir ini masih ditemukan kendaraan diparkir ditempat
yang bukan tempatnya atau tidak sesuai dengan stiker
yang sudah dipasang di setiap kendaraan dan posisi
kendaraan parkir di sembarang tempat sehingga
berpotensi terjadi insiden.
Pengaturan lokasi parkir telah diperbarui dengan
beberapa penyesuaian dan dengan mempertimbangkan
beberapa faktor, sehingga dengan jumlah populasi unit
yang ada harapannya tidak semua unit di parkir di
area camp. Untuk unit LV operasional tanpa sticker
tetap berada di area office operasional atau area kerja
masing-masing departemen. Aturan parkir ini hanya
berlaku pada jam 18:00 - 06:00 WIT dan waktu Shalat
Jumat.
Stiker Merah dan Biru pada kendaraan
menentukan lokasi parkir, dan aturan yang wajib ditaati
di lokasi Camp sebagai berikut:

LIGHT VEHICLE PARKING LOCATION AROUND THE CAMP
To all BKP - BTR employees and contractors,
To remind and reaffirm from Safety Flash No. 2022-01-
78SF regarding parking regulations at the camp site.
Currently, with the addition of the number of
operational Light Vehicles and the limited number of
parking spaces available, this requires us to be wiser in
operating Light Vehicles in the operational area and
returning to the camp area with Light Vehicles. Lately,
vehicles are still found parked in places that are not in
their place or not in accordance with the stickers that
have been installed on each vehicle and the position of
the parked vehicles in any random place creates the
potential for incidents to occur.
Parking location arrangements have been updated
with several adjustments taking into account several
factors, so that with the expected population of
units, not all units will be parked in the camp
area. For operational LV units without a sticker,
they should still remain in the operational office
area/ in the respective work areas of each
department. Parking location setting only applies
during hours 18:00-06:00 LT and Friday Prayer Time.
Red and Blue stickers on vehicles determine
the parking location, and the rules that must be
obeyed at the Camp location are as follows:

sebagai berikut:
1. Tempat Parkir No.1 (Klinik/ Masjid)
2. Tempat Parkir No.2 Depan Sosial klub
3. Tempat Parkir No.3 Admin / Management Office
4. Tempat Parkir No.4 SCM / Maintenance Coastal
Office
- Tempat parkir di atas khusus diperuntukkan
kendaraan bersticker Merah.
- Kendaraan yang terpasang sticker biru hanya dapat
menjemput – mengantar dan/atau menurunkan-
menaikkan barang kemudian meninggalkan lokasi
ini.
- Selain kendaraan berstiker merah tidak boleh parkir
di lokasi ini dengan kondisi atau alasan apapun.
5. Tempat Parkir No 5 Depan ERT / Fuel Station
Lokasi parkir ini khusus kendaraan terpasang stiker
Biru
Dilarang memarkir kendaraan di luar dari lokasi parkir
yang telah ditentukan.
Setiap pengguna kendaraan harus memastikan aturan ini
dilaksanakan/dipatuhi dengan baik.
Pelanggaran peraturan ini beresiko menyebabkan
terjadinya kecelakaan serius. Untuk itu setiap
pelanggaran terhadap aturan keselamatan ini berarti
telah melanggar aturan perusahaan dan dianggap sebagai
pelanggaran prosedur dimana pekerja yang terlibat akan
dikenakan tindakan disiplin.
Dukungan dan kerjasama setiap pengguna Kendaraan
untuk mematuhi aturan keselamatan ini sangat
diharapkan.

There are 5 parking location with the following
arrangements:
1. Parking Area No.1 (Clinic/ Mosque).
2. Parking Area No.2 In Front of social club
3. Parking Area No.3 Admin / Management Office

Workshop
- The above parking location is specifically for
vehicles with a red sticker.
- Vehicles with a blue sticker can only pick up/drop
off and then leave this location.
- Other than the red sticker vehicles are not
allowed to park in this area with any conditions
or reasons.
5. Parking Area No.5 ERT / Fuel Station
This parking location is specifically for vehicles
with a blue sticker
Prohibited to park the vehicle outside the designated
parking location.
Every vehicle user must ensure this rule is
implemented / complied properly.
Violation of this regulation has the risk of causing
serious accidents. For this reason, any violation of this
safety rule means that it has violated company rules
and is considered a violation of procedures where the
workers involved will be subject to disciplinary action.
Support and cooperation of every worker to comply
with these safety rules highly expected.
