Misalnya mendeskripsikan tentang sosok yang dikagumi, tempat wisata, binatang peliharaan dan

Adjective, menggunakan kata sifat, seperti long, beautiful, tremendous, dsb.

Amelia, My Aunt
Of all my relatives, I like my aunt Amelia the best. She's my mother's youngest sister. She hasn't
been married and she lives alone in a small village near Bath. She is in her late forties but she's you
meet her, the first thing you notice about her is her warm, friendly smile. She is the kind of person you
can always go to if you have a problem.
Aunt Amelia likes reading and gardening, and she likes to take her cat, Cathy, for long walks in
the park. She's very active person. Either she's making something or doing something to help others.
She does the shopping for some of the old people in the village. She's extremely generous, but not
very tolerant of people who don't agree with her. I hope that I am as contented as she is when I am
her age.

1. Deskriptif teks adalah teks yang menjelaskan orang, tempat,atau benda tertentu.
2. Struktur Teks Deskriptif adalah struk dalam penulisan teks deskripsi
3. Struktur teks deskriptif terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu :
a. Identifikasi: Pada bagian ini, kita mengidentifikasi orang, tempat, atau benda tertentu yang
akan dideskripsikan.
b. Deskripsi: Bagian ini menjelaskan secara rinci tentang orang, tempat, atau benda tertentu yang
meliputi bagian, kualitas, karakteristik/ciiri-ciri, dan perilaku.
4. Ciri-ciri Kebahasaan teks deskriptif ada 3 yaitu:
a. Menjelaskan sesuatu yang khusus
b. Umumnya menggunakan simple present tense
c. Menggunakan kata kerja attributive dan identifying, misalnya have, mean, is, are.
5. Adjectives: Kata sifat yang dipakai untuk mendeskripsikan orang, tempat atau benda.
6. Pemahaman bermakna adalah h informasi tentang manfaat yang akan peserta didik peroleh
setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Manfaat tersebut nantinya dapat peserta didik
terapkan dalam kehidupan sehari -hari
7. Pertanyaan pemantik adalah angkaian pertanyaan yang dibuat guru mengenai beberapa hal
paling penting yang terdapat di dalam suatu topik pembelajaran. Pada umumnya, pertanyaan
tersebut akan diturunkan dari pemahaman bermakna, kemudian akan didiskusikan bersama
peserta didik sebelum memulai proses kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas
8. Kompetensi Awal adalah kompetensi awal yang harus dimiliki peserta didik untuk mempelajari
topik tertentu
9. Asesmen diagnostic adalah asesmen yang dilakukan di awal pemebelajaran untuk
mengidentifikasi pemahaman peserta didik/kesiapan belajar, minat maupun profil belajarnya.
10. Asesmen formatif adalah asesmen yang dilaksanakan selama proses pembelajaran berlansung
dan bertujuan untuk perbaikan pembelajaran. Asesmen formatif tidak menjadi pengali untuk
nilai rapor sb.
11. Asesmen sumatif adalah adalah assessment yang dilakukan di akhir proses pembelajaran dan
bertujuan untuk mengukur ketercapaian tujuan pemebelajaran. Asesmen sumatif nantinya
menjadi pengali untuk nilai rapor.
12. KKTP adalah kriteria ketuntasan tujuan pembelajaran. Istilah ini menggantikan istilah KKM
pada kurikulum 2013.

A. Read the following text to answer the questions!
My Family
My name is Joko. I live with my family. They are my
father, his name is Alehandro, my mother name is Iruleng.
My older brother is Mike and my younger sister is Ani. I
and my older brother have couple things in common. Both
of us have short straight hair. My brother and I also have
the same a bit round shaped face, thin eyebrows, and
black eyes' color. We both have a bit tanned skin since we
like to play football together. With all those similarities
plus the fact that we are just four years different, no wonder if many people
think that we are twin. I have a cousin, he is Labeddu. Labeddu’s father is Raju,
and Labeddu’s mother is Maya. Every afternoon I and my cousin go to swim.
