KESIMPULAN

• Produk Propeller baling-baling penyedot udara menggunakan bahan baku scra

p aluminium yaitu aluminium alloy (Al-Si) dan tahapan proses pembuatannya
dimulai dari pembuatan cetakan pasir, pembuatan pasir cetak, peleburan, pen
uangan, pembongkaran dan finishing (machining).
• Rangka cetak menggunakan kayu dan Pola Propeller baling-baling penyedot u
dara terbuat dari produk yang dicetak langsung pada pasir karena bentuk yan
g tidak terlalu rumit, sedang gating system terdiri dari sprue dan runner.
• Hasil pengamatan visual yang terlihat dari produk Propeller baling-baling peny
edot udara adalah cacat porositas terjadi akibat saat penuangan logam cair, la
ju atau kecepatan penuangannya terlalu cepat sehingga aliran turbulen dan m
enyebabkan udara terperangkap. Pencegahannya adalah waktu penuangan lo
gam cair terhadap gatting system jangan terlalu cepat.
