A. PROSES SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA
Proses manajemen sumber daya manusia bermula dari perencanaan, penarikan, seleksi,
pelatihan dan pengembangan, evaluasi prestasi dan promosi, sebagai tujuan menjamin terpenuhi nya
kebutuhan sumber daya manusia.

B. PERENCANA SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

Perencana sumber daya manusia, perencanaan di mulai dari situasi saat ini dan rencana akan
mendatang. Kebutuhan akan perencana tenaga kerja kadang-kadang tidak begitu jelas tetapi
perenacanaan yang baik akan menurunkan biaya organisasi

1. Analisis Situasi Tenaga Kerja
INTERNET SHOPPING
Analisis ketenaga kerjaan mencakup dua hal: deskripsi kerja dan spesifikasi kerja. Deskripsi
kerja menjelaskan tugas atau pekerjaan yang akan di lakuhkan. Spesifikasi kerja mencakup
keterampilan atau kemempuan untuk menjalankan tugas.
Manajer harus mempertimbangkan dua hal:
a). Rencana atau strategi organisasi di masa yang akan datang,
b). Lingkungan eksternal organisasi.
Perusahaan yang berkembang akan merencanakan perluasan organisasi dan membutuhkan
tenaga kerja yang banyak.
2. Peramalan Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja
Peramalan untuk menentukan kebutuhan tenaaga kerja di masa mendatang. Manajer dapat
merencanakan kebutuhan tersebut. Teknik yang cukup sederhana adalah dengan mengamati
penjualan jika produk naik, yang berarti organisasi menjadi semakin besar, analisis dapat
menentukan berapa tenaga kerja baru yang di butuhkan dam jenis kerja apa yang harus di
tambah. Menganalisis supply tenaga kerja, manajer dapat melakuhkan pelatihan atau
pengembangan terhadap karyawan, jika pengembangan dari dalam tidak memungkinkan maka
alternatif lain yaitu menarik tenaga kerja dari luar.
C. PENARIKAN TENAGA KERJA
Penarikan tenaga kerja di definisikan sebagi proses penarikan tenaga kerja yang memenuhi kualifikasi umtuk
melamar kerja di organisasi.
Penarikan tenaga kerja dapat di lakuhkan melalui dua cara:
1) Internal. Melalui cara internal cara semacam ini memiliki beberapa keuntungan yang pertama tenaga kerja yang di
rekrut sudah memenuhi, yang ke dua mendorong semangat kerja loyalitas dan komitmen kerja yang semakin tinggi,
yang ke tiga biasa nya cara rekrutmen internal lebih murah di bandingkan dengan penarikan eksternal
2) eksternal. Penarikan tenaga kerja internal berusaha menatik calon tenaga kerja dari luar organisasi.manajer
mengiklankan lowongan perkerjaan melalui surat kabar atau majalah. Atau , menarik tenaga kerja melalui unuversitas
yang akan menghasilkan lulusan yang di kehendaki dan dengan cara penarikan ketenaga kerjaan seperti ini akan
memakan biaya yang cukup mahal.

D. SELEKSI
Seleksi di tujukan untuk memilih tenaga kerja yang di inginkan. Idealnya seleksi merupakan
peroses dua arah, dalam kenyataan nya proses seleksi belum di tentukan oleh kekuatan tawar
menawar dengan calon tenaga kerja. Dengan contoh apa bila satu posisi kerja di lamar oleh
beberapa orang tentunya organisasi mempunyai posisi tawar menawar yang lebih kuat dan
seleksi menjadi proses satu arah. Wawancara akan berlangsung lama ketika dua pihak
melakuhkan perundingan.
E. SOSIALISASI
Setelah tenaga kerja di terima di organisasi tahapan berikutnya adalah sosialisasi. Karyawan baru di
perkenalkan mengenai organisasi,kebijakan,prosedur/peraturan yang berlaku,sejarah,misi organisasi,teman
kerja,dan informasi yang relevan. Dengan sosialisasi,karyawan baru diharapkan dapat brintegrasi secara
lancar dengan organisasinya.Karyawan baru biasanya cemas saat waktu pertama kali memasuki organisasi.
Apabila peroses orientasi tidak efektif, salah satu kemungkinan yang terjadi adalah tenaga kerja akan
keluar organisasi setelah bekerja beberapa saat.Proses orientasi yang efektif dapat menyeimbangkan antara
harapan tenaga kerja baru dan kondisi kerja yang ada di organisasi.

F. PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN

Baik manajer manapun nonmanajer akan mengalami pelatihan atau perkembangan, meskipun dengan cara
yang berbeda-beda. Karyawan nonmanajer barangkali akan lebih banyak memperoleh pelatihan teknisi yang
bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan teknisinya, semntara manajer akan lebih banyak memperoleh pelatihan
untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koseptual dan hubungan manusiawi (human relation). Bisa cek gambar 6.5
berikut ini meranungkan langkah-langkah yang di perlakuakn dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan.
1. MENGANALISI KEBUTUHAN PELATIHAN DAN
PENGEMBANGAN
Pelatihan dan pengembangan jelas diperlukan karena, baik organisasi, maupun lingkungannya selalu
berubah. Dikarenakan selalu berubah ubah anggota organisasi harus selalu belajr dan menyesuaikan diri
terhadap perubahan tersebut.
Analisis terhadap kebutuhan pelatihan akan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan:1. Siapa yang perlu di latih? 2.
apa yang perlu mereka ketahui? 3.apa yang sudah mereka ketahui?
A) Evaluasi prestasi. Setiap karyawan dievaluasi prestasinya dan di bandingkan dengan setandar target yang
selalu di tetapkan.
B) Analisis pesyaratan kerja. Spesifikan kerja masyarakat kemampuan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan
suatu pekerjaan tertentu.
C) Analisis organisasi. Efektivitas organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya dianalisis apabila organisasi tidak
begitu efektif, prestasi lebih rendah dari target atau tujuan maka anggota organisasi memerlukan pelatihan
atau pengembangan.
D) Survei sumber daya manusia. Manajer maupun karyawan dalaam organisasi diminta menjelaskan
masalah apa yang di hadapi dalam pekerjaannya dan tindakan apa yang di perlukan untuk menyelesaikan
masalah tersebut.
2. MENENTUKAN TUJUAN PELATIHAN
Setelah kebutuhan akan pelatihan di analisis, berikutnya adalah menetapkan tujuan yang berkaitan tentang pelatihan.
Tujuan dapat diukur untuk melihat keberhasilan suatu pelatihan.

3. PROGRAM PELATIHAN
Pelatihan atau pengembangan dapat digolongkan ke dalam dua hal:
A) On the job training, program pelatihan kerja yang di lakukan sambil bertugas dalam organisasi.
B) Off the job training, program pelatihan yang di lakukan di luar tugas organisasi.
A.On the job training : bentuk pelatihan ini mempunyai keuntungan karena cukup fleksibel, baik dalam hal lokasinya
dalam organisasi,bentuknya yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, dan berkaitan langsung dengan pekerjaan
karyawan. Beberapa bentuk on the job trainning ini sbg:
Coaching (mentor) perputaran kerja asistensi
B.off the job trainning. Metode tersebut mempunyai keuntungan karena membebaskan karyawan dari tugas sehari
harinya dan memfokuskan karyawan pada peroses belajar atau peroses pengembangan pelatihan.
4. EVALUASI DAN MODIFIKASI PELATIHAN
Pelatihan yang biak memerlukan evaluasi sebagai feedback untuk
pelatihan selanjutnya .Tetapi dalam kenyataannya, situasi ini jarang
terjadi. Karena suatu hal ,bekal yang diperoleh tidak dapat diterapkan
sepenuhnya dalam situasi kerja. Sebagai contoh, pelatihan manajemen
prtisipatif tidak akan dapat diterapkan sepenuhnya apabila setelah
kembali bekerja, manajer yang membawahi peserta pelatihan ternyata
lebih otoritet.
G. EVALUASI PRESTASI
1. PELAKSANAAN EVALUASI
Evaluasi prestasi merupakan evaluasi formal terhadap prestasi
anggota organisasi. Evaluasi tersebut dapat dilakukan secara
informal, misal: manajer menegur kesalahan kecil yang
dilakukan karyawan, atau manajer memuji apabila karyawan
berhasil melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik.
Evaluasi presentasi secara formal mempunyai beberapa fungsi:
A) Evaluasi presentasi dapat dipakai untuk menilai efektivitas
pelatihan atau efektivitas seleksi karyawan. Jika setelah
platihan atau pengembangan karyawan menunjukan
kemajuan prestasi, maka pelatihan menunjukan tanda-tanda
efektif.
B) Evaluasi prestasi sering dipakai sebagai dasar
pengajian,promosi, atau pelatihan yang diperlukan
C) Evaluasi prestasi dapat memberikan umpan balik (feedback)
kepada karyawan.
Siapa dan bagaimana evaluasi prestasi dilakukan? Evaluasi
prestasi dilakukan melalui beberapa cara rating. Rating
berarti membandingkan prestasi karyawan dengan standar
yang telah ditentukan. Beberapa cara rating sebagai berikut:
A) Rating oleh atasan terhadap bawahan.
B) Rating oleh sekelompok atasan terhadap bawahan.
Beberapa mengevaluasi karyawan.
C) Rating oleh teman kerja
D) Rating oleh bawahan terhadap atasan. Cara semacam ini
paling jarang digunakan di organisasi bisnis. Cara ini
sering dilakukan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, dimana
dosen dievaluasi oleh mahasiswa, meskipun evaluasi ini
tidak akan berpengaruh banyak terhadap prestasi dosen.
2. MASALAH DALAM EVOLUASI PRESTASI
Evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan adil diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.Karyawan yang
tidak berprestasi baik memperoleh umpan balik dan diharpkan akan meningkatkan prestasinya. Tetapi karyawan yang
ditegur atau dinilai tidak baik cara evolusi tidak memperbaiki situasi malah akan tersinggung atau frustasi. Dengan
demikian manajer harus hati-hati dalam menjelaskan evaluasinya terhadap karyawan.
Beberapa kemungkinan bias harus dihindari agar evaluasi menjadi evaluasi yang adil. Beberapa kemungkinan bias
terebut:
A) Standar yang tidak kosisten. Sebagai contoh : manajer mungkin cenderung memberikan penilaian yang baik
terhadap karyawan yang kelihatannya penurut dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang suka membantah, meskipun
karyawan tersebut mempunyai prestasi yang lebih baik.
B) Bias karena strereotype tertentu. Misal : manajer mempunyai bias pandangan bahwa karyawan dan golongan atau
daerah tertentu atau jenis kelamin tertentu mempunyai sifat tertentu misal pemalas atau tidak senang menerima
tanggung jawab.
C) Bias karena perbedaan sifat manajer. Misal :satu manajer lebih keras dalam evaluasi sementara manajer lain lebih
mudah memberikan nilai baik.
D) Efeck galo (halo effect) penilaian oleh manajer terhadap prestasi keseluruhan tergantung pada satu atau beberapa
aspek .misal contoh: seorang karyawan dinilai baik pada aspek kerajinan.
H. PROMOSI,DEMOKRASI,TRASFER,DANPEMBERHENTIAN KERJA
Jika karyawan mempunyai prestasi yang baik maka karyawan tersebut perlu diakui prestasinya. Karir karyawan
tersebut perlu dikembangkan dan salah satu bentuk pengembangan karir tersebut adalah dengan melalui promosi.
Dengan promosi, karyawan akan memperoleh posisi,prestise,gaji, atau wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang lebih
tinggi.
Masalah lain dalam promosi adalah karyawan lain yang dilangkahi. Karyawan tersebut akan merasa frustasi atau tidak
puas karena dilangkahi.
TRRANSFER
Transfer berarti pemindahan kerja, baik dalam arti lokasi maupun jenis pekerjaan.teransfer mempunyai beberapa
manfaat yaitu:
A) Jika tangga karir dalam suatu organisasi sudah “mentok” (tidak dapat naik lagi) transfer bermanfaat untuk menjaga
semangat kerja dan motivasi karyawan yang sudah tidak dapat dipromosikan karena tidak ada posisi yang lowong.
B) Transfer berfungsi untuk meluaskan pandangan atau pengalaman kerja. Dengan menempati posisi yang
berbeda_beda, manajer diharpakan lebih memahami organisasi dengan lebih baik.
C) Transfer digunakan untuk menggeser manajer yang tidak berprestasi baik. Atasan barangkali enggan
mendemosikan manajer tersebut karena beberapa alasan. Treansfet merupakan alternatif yang dapat digunakan.

Perubahan organisasi
A. KARAKTERISTIK PERUBAHAN
perubahan dalam organisasi dapat didefinisikan sebagai perubahan yang cukup substansial terhadap suatu
bagian atau keseluruhan organisasi titik perubahan dapat dilakukan terhadap jadwal kerja departemen relasi
tentang manajemen desain organisasi mesin baru dan lainnya. Faktor eksternal dan internal mengharuskan
organisasi melakukan perubahan.
 
1.Eksternal
Lingkungan organisasi selalu berubah perubahan tersebut mencakup perubahan yang mengancam kelangsungan
hidup suatu organisasi dan perubahan yang menyediakan kesempatan bagi organisasi.
2.internal
Faktor-faktor internal juga mendorong perlunya perubahan dalam organisasi titik sebagai contoh perubahan
strategi akan mengakibatkan sebagai konsekuensinya perubahan organisasi agar organisasi tersebut lebih sesuai
dengan strategi yang baru.
Dorongan dari faktor internal juga sering mencerminkan perubahan dalam lingkungan sebagai contoh tingkat
pendidikan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi membuat tingkat pendidikan karyawan menjadi semakin tinggi.
B. MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN DALAM ORGANISASI

perubahan yang direncanakan merupakan perubahan organisasi secara sistematis

agar desain organisasi menjadi lebih sesuai adaptif dengan lingkungannya dan tujuan
organisasi tercapai secara efektif.perubahan yang tidak direncanakan tersebut tidak akan
mempunyai pengaruh banyak terhadap organisasi dan karena dilakukan dengan tergesa-
gesa hasil yang diharapkan tidak akan terlalu memuaskan dibandingkan dengan
perubahan yang perubahan yang direncanakan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang
tidak direncanakan.
1,Model force-field
Perubahan yang direncanakan jelas merupakan pekerjaan yang cukup rumit
manajer perlu memahami perubahan yang direncanakan tersebut. Kurt lewin (1951)
Mengembangkan model force-field untuk menjelaskan proses perubahan menurut
model tersebut perilaku manusia merupakan hasil keseimbangan dari dua hal
kekuatan yang mendorong driving dan kekuatan yang melawan restraining.
2.sumber-sumber penolakan
perubahan karena beberapa hal
 Ketidakpastian
 Kepentingan diri sendiri
 Persepsi yang berbeda
 Perubahan suasana kerja
3) Mengatasi penolakan perubahan
Jika terjadi penolakan terhadap perubahan manajer harus mengatasi penolakan tersebut dalam
konteks model force field,, manajer akan berusaha mengurangi faktor penahanan perubahan. Ada
beberapa teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi penolakan perubahan.
A. Partisipasi dan keterlibatan
partisipasi menjadi alat yang cukup efektif untuk mengatasi faktor penolak perubahan
B. penerangan dan komunikasi
cara ini memberikan penjelasan mengenai kebutuhan dan logika akan perubahan kepada
individu kelompok bahkan untuk seluruh organisasi.
C. fasilitas dan dukungan
cara ini pada dasarnya membantu anggota organisasi menyiapkan perubahan
D. Negosiasi dan perjanjian
Tak cara ini melakukan negosiasi dengan mereka yang mempunyai potensi untuk menolak
perubahan.
E. manipulasi dan kooptasi
Cara ini dilakukan dengan memberi peranan yang cukup kepada orang tua isi dalam
organisasi untuk mendesain dan melaksanakan proses perubahan.
F. paksaan implisit dan eksplisit
Cara ini dilakukan dengan memberi ancaman seperti apabila menolak perubahan mereka
tidak akan dipromosikan kehilangan pekerjaan transfer ke bagian lain dan lainnya.
C.PROSES PERUBAHAN
Pada umumnya perubahan tidak berhasil karena dua hal pertama orang tidak
dapat mengubah atau tidak mau mengubah perilaku dan sikap yang sudah tertanam
cukup lama. change implementasi. Setelah karyawan siap terhadap perubahan-
perubahan kemudian dilakukan.
Refreezing. Tahap ini bertujuan membuat nilai sikap dan perilaku yang baru menjadi
norma yang baru.
Agen perubahan dapat dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi atau manajer. Alternatif lain
adalah cara mengundang pihak luar biasanya konsultan menjadi agen perubahan
A.TIPE PERUBAHAN YANG DIRENCANAKAN
perubahan dalam organisasi mencakup empat hal strategi struktur teknologi
dan orang atau kombinasi antara ke-4 faktor tersebut.
Tipe perubahan yang direncanakan dalam organisasi:
1.perubahan strategi
Perubahan strategi mempunyai efek yang lebih luas terhadap organisasi
2. Perubahan struktur
Perubahan struktur dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa cara: perubahan
desain organisasi desentralisasi dan modifikasi aliran kerja.
3. Perubahan teknologi
Perubahan teknologi mencakup perubahan perubahan seperti perubahan
nasi yang dapat peralatan metode kerja metode produksi dan lainnya.
4. Perubahan orang
Perubahan orang mencakup perubahan sumber daya manusia organisasi.
E. PENGEMBANGAN KEORGANISASIAN (ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT)
1.pengertian
Berbagai pendekatan perubahan organisasi seperti yang telah dibicarakan di
muka lebih sesuai untuk memecahkan masalah yang sifatnya spesifik atau
sementara.
Secara formal, pengembangan organisasi yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai upaya
yang dilakukan oleh manajemen puncak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan
organisasi dalam pemecahan masalah dan proses pembaharuan
Konsep kunci dalam definisi tersebut adalah sebagai berikut.
a. Proses pemecahan masalah kemampuan dalam menangani tantangan dan
kesempatan yang muncul dari lingkungan
b. Proses pembaharuan kemampuan menyesuaikan proses pemecahan
masalah terhadap lingkungan
c. Diagnosis bersama kerjasama antar manajer dengan bawahan
d. Budaya organisasi nilai sikap persepsi dan perilaku bersama dalam suatu
organisasi
e. Riset aksi riset yang berorientasi pada aksi ( tindakan)
Definisi lain mengatakan bahwa pengembangan ke organisasian merupakan usaha
yang direncanakan dengan fokus pada organisasi secara keseluruhan memperoleh
dukungan dari manajemen puncak dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan
kesehatan organisasi
Pengembangan keorganisasian berangkat dari beberapa asumsi berikut.
 Tingkat individual
 Tingkat kelompok
 Tingkat organisasi

2.beberapa tipe aktivitas OD

 Tingkat individu-trainining sensivitas.
 Tingkat kelompok(dua atau tiga orang)-analisis transaksi
 Tingkat kelompok-membangun tim
 Tingkat hubungan antar kelompok-pertemuan konfronatif
 Tingkat organisasi-survei umpan baik

Bagian ini membahas tiga teknik pengembangan ke organisasian secara detail ketiga teknik
tersebut adalah
 Survei umpan balik
 Pengembangan tim
 Kisi-kisi manajerial
4. Evaluasi dan kondisi yang diperlukan untuk suksesnya OD
Evaluasi program pengembangan ke organisasian bukan merupakan pekerjaan mudah
karena kompleksitas cakupan dan karakteristik jangka panjang dari program tersebut.

Kelompok

A.MODEL KELOMPOK
Model kelompok dapat dilihat pada gambar 6.8 ini model tersebut merupakan model kronologis, dimulai
terbentuknya kelompok sampai kemapanan kelompok dan hasil yang dicapai melalui kelompok tersebut.
B. Alasan terbentuknya kelompok
Kelompok terbentuknya karena beberapa alasan titik kelompok fungsional dan formal muncul karena
dibentuk oleh organisasi. Kelompok informal terbentuk karena beberapa alasan seperti kesamaan asal
daerah kesamaan atribut-atribut tertentu.
Fisik jika orang ditempatkan pada bangunan yang sama maka akan ada kecenderungan orang
tersebut untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain. Pekerjaan yang sama jika cenderung membentuk kelompok
Ekonomi.seseorang barangkali mempunyai alasan ekonomi untuk bergabung dengan satu kelompok
misal bergabung dengan organisasi karena berharap digaji titik kelompok informal juga dapat terbentuk
dengan alasan tersebut.
C.PERKEMBANGAN KELOMPOK
Pada waktu seseorang bertemu dengan orang lain mereka akan mencoba mengenal satu sama lain titik sesudah
beberapa lama kemudian mereka menjadi akrab
Pada tahap pertama saling menerima anggota kelompok pada mulanya merasa asing terhadap lainnya. Anggota
kelompok mulai menetapkan aturan-aturan dasar kelompok periode canggung tersebut dilalui secara lambat atau
evolusi sampai ke tahap berikutnya seringkali dalam pembentukan kelompok perkenalan dapat memakan waktu yang
lama (beberapa Minggu)
 
Pada tahap kedua komunikasi antar anggota menjadi lebih terbuka bersamaan dengan membaiknya pemahaman
anggota terhadap anggota lainnya problem yang akan dipecahkan mulai dibicarakan dan pembicaraan mengenai tugas
mulai muncul ke permukaan meskipun dalam tahap ini kelompok masih belum padu dan pola interaksi masih belum
stabil.
Kelompok kemudian mencapai kedewasaan pada tahap berikutnya yang biasanya diawali dengan letupan (burst)
aktivitas tertentu. Dengan cepat kerja sama antaranggota semakin meningkat dan pemahaman anggota yang lainnya
membuat kelompok menjadi semakin kohesif.
Tahap terakhir berkembang secara lambat kelompokmu mulai memfokuskan secara intensif pada problem yang
ada sistem status yang mencakup peranan harapan pola interaksi sudah berkembang dan dipahami oleh anggota
organisasi.
D.TIPE KELOMPOK
1.KELOMPOK FORMAL
Kelompok formal diciptakan dengan sengaja oleh manajer untuk melaksanakan tugas tertentu dengan tujuan
mencapai tujuan organisasi titik yang paling sering dijumpai adalah kelompok komando perintah atau kelompok
fungsional kelompok tersebut terdiri atas manajer sebagai atasan dan karyawan yang melapor ke manajer tersebut.
Manajer dengan demikian merupakan penghubung berbagai kelompok formal dan organisasi kelompok formal
permanen yang lainnya adalah komite. Komite merupakan kelompok yang bertujuan mengurusi masalah dan
pengambilan keputusan yang muncul berulang-ulang.
Kelompok formal yang sementara disebut sebagai kelompok tugas kelompok tersebut ditunjukkan untuk
memecahkan masalah tertentu yang tidak muncul secara teratur.
2.MEMBUAT KELOMPOK FORMAL LEBIH EFEKTIF
Kelompok formal mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam organisasi manajer perlu memahami bagaimana
menggunakan kelompok formal secara efektif. Kata komite dalam bagian ini mengacu pada kelompok formal.
a. Tujuan komite harus ditetapkan dengan jelas
b. Wewenang komite
c. Besar atau jumlah orang dalam komite yang optimal harus ditentukan

E. KARAKTERISTIK KELOMPOK
1. Struktur peranan
setiap individu dalam kelompok akan memainkan peranan tertentu untuk membantu kelompok
mencapai tujuannya ada dua jenis peranan yaitu peranan tugas dan peranan sosial emosional.
2. Norma kelompok
Norma kelompok merupakan perilaku standar yang diterima kelompok untuk anggotanya dengan
demikian norma menentukan batas wilayah antara perilaku yang diterima dan yang tidak diterima.
3. Kohesivitas
 Kohesivitas merupakan indikator sejauh mana kelompok berpengaruh terhadap individu jika
kelompok mempercayai mempunyai kohesivitas yang tinggi maka semakin kuat perasaan memiliki
dari individu, semakin efektif pula kelompok tersebut bekerja mencapai tujuan

Beberapa kelemahan dalam pengambilan keputusan kelompok pertama kelompokna cenderung membatasi
alternatif keputusan yang mereka pertimbangkan titik pada mulanya banyak ide yang keluar tetapi pada
akhirnya kelompok dengan cepat hanya mempertimbangkan alternatif yang paling konvensional atau yang
disajikan dengan paling meyakinkan.
