 Ibu hamil yang membutuhkan layanan dan akan melahirkan bayinya kapan
saja
 Risiko kekerasan seksual meningkat dalam keadaan sosial yang tidak stabil
 Risiko penularan ims/hiv meningkat karena keterbatasan sarana untuk
melaksanakan kewaspadaan universal
 Kurangnya pelayanan kb akan meningkatkan risiko kehamilan yang tidak
dikehendaki
 Kurangnya akses ke layanan gawat darurat kebidanan komprehensif
 SUPLAI DAN LOGISTIK KESPRO

Untuk melaksanakan komponen pelayanan PPAM (menyediakan layanan

klinis untuk para korban/penyintas perkosaan; mengurangi penularan
HIV; mencegah meningkatnya kesakitan dan kematian yang tinggi pada
ibu dan bayi baru lahir), Inter-agency Working Group on Reproductive
Health in Crises (IAWG)/Kelompok Kerja Antar Lembaga untuk
Kesehatan Reproduksi dalam situasi darurat telah merancang paket
perlengkapan yang berisi obat-obatan dan perlengkapan yang bertujuan
untuk memfasilitasi pelaksanaan layanan prioritas kesehatan reproduksi
ini, yaitu Interagency Reproductive Health Kits (RH Kit).
KIT KESEHATAN KESPRO PADA SITUASI DARURAT
BENCANA

Interagency Reproductive Health Kits (RH Kit) adalah alat dan bahan yang
dibutuhkan untuk pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi ibu hamil, ibu bersalin,
bayi, dan balita dalam situasi darurat.

Terdapat 3 Jenis RH Kit, yaitu :

bagi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berbeda. Kit dirancang untuk
penggunaan jangka waktu 3 (tiga) bulan untuk jumlah penduduk tertentu.
• Blok 1 : Tingkat masyarakat dan pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk 10.000 orang/
3 bulan
• Blok 2 : Tingkat pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan rumah sakit rujukan untuk
30.000 orang/ 3 bulan
• Blok 3 : Tingkat rumah sakit rujukan untuk 150.000 orang/ 3 bulan

BLOK 1
Penggunaan kit pada blok 1 terdiri dari 5 kit (kit 0 sampai kit 5) yang digunakan
ditingkat masyarakat dan pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Setiap kit cukup untuk
melayani kebutuhan 10.000 jiwa yang terdampak selama 3 bulan

Blok 2 terdiri dari 5 kit (kit 6 sampai kit 10) yang berisi bahan habis pakai dan
bahan yang dapat digunakan kembali. Perlengkapan ini ditujukan untuk
memberikan pelayanan Kespro pada tingkat pelayanan kesehatan dasar di
puskesmas dan rumah sakit rujukan untuk pelayanan 30.000 jiwa yang terdampak
selama 3 bulan.

Blok 3 terdiri dari 2 kit yaitu kit 11 dan kit 12, yang berisi bahan habis pakai dan
perlengkapan yang dapat digunakan kembali untuk memberikan pelayanan
PONEK pada tingkat rujukan (bedah sesar), penggunaanya untuk tingkat rumah
sakit rujukan mencakup 150.000 jiwa yang terdampak selama 3 bulan.

Berdasarkan data inventarisasi kebutuhan maka disusunlah perencanaan
pendistribusian logistik dan peralatan kesehatan reproduksi. Perencanaan
pendistribusian terdiri dari data: siapa saja yang akan menerima bantuan,
prioritas bantuan logistik dan peralatan yang diperlukan, kapan waktu
penyampaian, lokasi, cara penyampaian, alat transportasi yang digunakan,
siapa yang bertanggung jawab atas penyampaian tersebut.

Perencanaan penyediaan logistik dapat dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan

semua pihak, seperti penanggung jawab program, organisasi
kemasyarakatan, CSR lembaga, organisasi profesi kesehatan, organisasi
keagamaan, lembaga kerja sosial, lembaga internasional dengan
menggunakan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan pemerintah

Dalam situasi pandemi covid 19 dan dalam upaya penekanan penyebaran wabah
Covid-19, pergerakan barang dan manusia dibatasi sekaligus dikendalikan, baik
pada wilayah yang telah maupun belum/tidak menetapkan status tanggap
darurat bencana. Kebutuhan pokok tetap harus terpenuhi sehingga diperlukan
sistem logistik yang menjamin pendistribusiannya dengan meminimalkan potensi
penyebaran wabah.

Sistem logistik harus meminimalkan kedatangan, pertemuan, dan kerumunan

pembeli di toko yang berpotensi meningkatkan penyebaran wabah Covid-19.
Minimalisasi interaksi juga harus dilakukan dalam proses penyerahan barang
