 Mengikuti seminar/webinar tentang paradigma
belajar
 Mengikuti program guru penggerak
Perilaku manusia
 Semua perilaku manusia pasti memiliki tujuan lima kebutuhan
dasar manusia :
  Kebutuhan bertahan hidup (Survival) yaitu kebutuhan
berkaitan dengan fisik seperti makan, tidur, tempat tinggal dll.
 Kebutuhan Cinta dan kasih sayang (Penerimaan).
 Kebutuhan Penguasaan (pengakuan akan kemampuan),4)
Kebutuhan Kebebasan (Kebutuhan akan pilihan), dan
 Kebutuhan akan Kesenangan
What I Felt then…

Saya merasa menyesal dan bersalah karena saya ternyata belum


memaksimalkan
peran saya sebagaiseorang guru yang sejati
 Awalnya saya tidak mampu mengelolah emosi saya
menghadapi suatu kejadian/peristiwa
 hanya berfokus pada kognitif murid dan memberikan sedikit
ruang pengembangan gaya belajar, bakat dan minat siswa.
 Saya memaksakan keinginan untuk memenuhi tujuan
pembelajaran tertentu.

Apa yang dibutuhkan oleh murid?
1. Anak-anak Maluku (siswa-siswa di Masohi) senang pembelajaran yang
menyenangkan, mendengarkan lagu/ musik, bernyanyi dan bermain peran
2. Mereka senang cerita/ video/ movie
3. Mereka sangat menyukai mengekspresikan apa yang mereka rasakan dalam bentuk
kata-kata/lirik lagu dari apa yang mereka dengarkan.
4. Mereka menyukai visualisasikan lagu dalam bentuk gambar.
5. Mereka suka cerita lucu (stand up comedy)
Merancang lingkungan pembelajaran sesuai
kebutuhan belajar murid
 Merancang Bahan Ajar dan menyesuaikannya
dengan learning style.
 Memberikan pilihan kepada murid untuk
mendemonstrasikan pemahamannya sesuai minat.
Apa yang saya lakukan ?

 Mengkombinasikan gaya belajar mereka dengan tetap


memperhatikan potensi , kemampuan atau tingkat pemahaman
mereka.
 Contohnya dalam materi teks Naratif (Legenda, dongeng, cerita
fantasi) saya menyediakan cerita bergambar yang bisa dijelaskan
secara kronologis untuk murid yang menyukai gambar. Bagi mereka
yang punya gaya belajar Audio-visual saya mendesain video pendek
untuk ditonton dengan sound track music yang untuk memahami isi
teks. Mereka sangat rileks dan cukup terhibur.
Apa yang saya lakukan ?

 Untuk mereka yang Kinestetik, cerita teks mereka diubah menjadi


dialog yang akan diperankan oleh mereka. Untuk mendesain cerita
teks utuh menjadi dialog anggota kelompok mereka yang punya
beberapa gaya belajar untuk menjadi tutor sebaya untuk membantu
mereka. Bahkan mereka bisa merancang video yang isinya drama
yang menarik menjadi tugas project mereka.
 Untuk siswa yang menyukai verbal yaitu mereka suka membaca teks
dan senang mendiskusikannya mendapatkan teks yang utuh dan
beberapa pertanyaan/pernyataan dasar yang akan didiskusikan oleh
mereka.

The Legend of Toba Lake

Once upon time, there was a handsome man. His name was Batara Guru Sahala. He liked fishing.
The mother was very annoyed. Batara Guru broke his promise. The mother was shouting angrily. Then the
earth began to shake. Volcanoes started to erupt. The earth formed a very big hole. People believed that the
big hole became a lake. Then this lake is known as Toba lake.

One day, he caught a fish. He was surprised to find out that the fish could talk. The fish begged him to set it
free

They were married happily. They had two daughters. One day Batara Guru got very angry with his daughter.
He could not control his mad. He shouted angrily and got the word of fish to his daugters. The daughters
were crying. They found their mother and talked her about it.

Batara Guru could not hear it. He made the fish free. As soon as it was free, the fish changed into a very
beautiful woman. She attracted Batara Guru so much. He felt in love with that fish-woman. The woman
wanted to marry with him and said that Batara Guru had to keep the secret which she had been a fish. Batara
Guru aggreed and promised that he would never tell anybody about it.
