 Latar belakang
Pelayanan rawat jalan adalah pelayanan pasien untuk
observasi, diagnosis, pengobatan, rehabilitasi medik dan pelayanan
kesehatanlainnya tanpa menginap di rumah sakit (Kemenkes, 2017).
Pelayanan rawat jalan Esekutif adalah pemberian layanan kesehatan rawat jalan nonregular di rumah sakit
yang diselengarakan melalui pelayanan dokter spesialis- sub spesialis dalam satu fasilitas runagn terpadu
secara khusus tanpa menginap di rumah sakit dengan sarana dan prasaranas diatas standar.Pelayanan
rawat jalan Regular adalah pemberian Pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan di rumah sakit yang di
selenggarakan melalui pelayanan dokter spesialissub spesialis (Kemenkes, 2016).
Unit rawat jalan RS PELNI terdiri dari Poliklinik Reguler, Poliklinik
Eksekutif (HERITAGE), dan Unit Medical Check Up (Sakura) dengan
layanan one-stop service solution. Serta klinik yang berorientasi pada estetika. Di RS PELNI terdapat 23 Poliklinik
yang tersedia.
Jaminan Sosial, Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial
(BPJS) adalah badan hukum yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program
jaminan sosial, yang mulai operasional pada tanggal 1 Januari 2014. Jenis
BPJS ada dua macam yaitu, BPJS Kesehatan untuk menyelenggarakan
program jaminan kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk
menyelenggarakan program jaminan kecelakaan kerja, jaminan hari tua,
jaminan pensiun dan jaminan kematian (UU No. 44, 2009).
RS PELNI Jakarta Merupakan rumah sakit tipe B milik BUMN
merupakan rumah sakit rujukan tingkat 1 untuk wilayah Jakarta Barat.
Berdasarkan data pasien rawat jalan dalam periode 6(enam) bulan sebelumnya
yaitu dari Mei hingga Oktober 2022, terdapat sekitar 162.668 pasien rawat
jalan dan baik pasien lama dan pasien baru, atau sekitar 1800 pasien rawat jalan baik lama perhari maupun baru dengan
menggunakan BPJS. Poliklinik Rumah Sakit PELNI adalah rawat jalan yang di desain untuk melayani pasien
pasien dengan jaminan BPJS. Layanan ini didesain dengan gedung sendiri yang bertujuan memberikan ruang yang nyaman
untuk pasien-pasien BPJS.
Mengingat hampir 86% pasien Rumah Sakit PELNI adalah pasien dengan
jaminan BPJS.
Pada tanggal 21 April 2017 RS PELNI mulai
menggunakan aplikasi terbaru untuk pendaftaran rawat jalan bagi pasien
umum dan pasien JKN-BPJS yang kami beri nama Selft Registration/
Pendaftaran Pasien Mandiri. APM (Anjungan Pendaftaran Mandiri) adalah
mesin elektronik yang didesain untuk melakukan pendaftaran secara mandiri
bagi pasien yang akan berobat jalan ke poliklinik. Untuk pasien BPJS RS
